We are an online website but if you live in Stoke-on-Trent you can collect your order and save on postage. We have hundreds of bags of crisps in stock from Walkers, Kettle, Tyrell's, KP and Golden Wonder all available to buy via the website.

All good no problems apart from the…

All good no problems apart from the delivery by Evri that was rubbish no info on delivery it just turned up after it arrived all info came through it was a good job I was in.
The snacks were lovely though and I liked you filled the boxes to save on packaging 👍

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking, you know I’ve emailed you emails after emails, you never got back, you know for a fact my order didn’t arrive, I’ve also emailed the courier again email after email, again all I got was we will look into this, to know avail, after doing everything I possibly could, I asked you to resolve this matter, either a new delivery or a full refund , again no response, people please be aware of this company, I’ve still not received my refund, and it was 55 pounds, this I’m not letting go , look into this matter, before, I take this matter further

lets get a few things straight here..

you emailed multiple times and we have responded to your query.

your order at time of writing is delayed by 3 days and you have opened a charge back request.

We have already stated that we do not class any parcel as lost until 14 days has passed so in doing this you have only made the refund process longer as we will dispute this charge back and this will then take up to 60 days for any refund to return to you.


your parcel was out for delivery on the Friday and then got delayed in the system. as of the Monday we stated we had escalated this to the courier and you will need to wait until 14 days has passed before it can be classed as lost. As generally parcels are found and delivered within this time.
