I sent several emails saying I needed help with exchange and refund of an order. They keep sending this automated email saying they will answer in 3 business days but they never do. All the sizes are extremely small so sadly nothing fits and this was a Christmas gift of a one piece fan so we're very disappointed. I simply wanted to exchange for bigger and return some pieces that are low quality. I would take down this review if they would refund me but don't see that happening sadly.

The package is amazing, the product too! All great and amazing quality

Ordered 2 figures, 1 came partially broken with the box (that I paid extra for ) fully destroyed, sent pictures through customer support email, said they would refund, they never did and ghosted me on emails!

Absolute scam tactics, dont recommend it

I bought a pair of Sanji swimshorts and although they took a long time to come, I was very pleased with them.

They took my payment, and confirmed order. Weeks later, then I'm notified that 2 of the 3 shirts I ordered (the discounted 1) was not in stock, but the other 2 which were full price were available. They only refunded me ½. Why refund only shirt? Luckily I used PayPal, so I could dispute it. Don't purchase shirts from this company

Poor quality. Did a refund and didn't get any money back ! SCAM

Bought a hoodie for 40euros, Size L seems like a small M, fabric is trash (polyester? dunno) and transparent to some degree, doesn't match the picture and sewing is really bad.
If it costs 2 dollar to produce its a miracle

ordered 2 hoodies and a Tshirt. All came in that cheap polyester fabric. No tags, looks like rip off scam product.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the hoodie I ordered as a Christmas present is horrible. The quality is shockingly bad (very thin and the material feels cheap, like a grocery store Halloween costume). Disappointed isn’t even the word.

Ordered One Piece Advent calendar, it was all Demon Slayer characters!! After the first few, I ripped through the whole box. -_-

I got a Chibi Trafalgar Law hoody for a friend for Christmas. It's 100% polyester. It's really thin. It doesn't match the image. It has no lining. It's poor quality. It's not even the right size and it has no branding. It's a complete rip off. The sewing isn't even good.
Don't buy from here. You'll regret it.

The quality of the clothing couldn't be worse. For an order of 65$ for a hoodie and a t-shirt, I would expect average to good quality products but no, the fabric of the hoodie is super thin and the prints feel like plastic.
The t-shirt is 100% polyester and it shows.
I'm super disappointed and asked to return everything and get a refund.

I told my sister and friends about the website after I made my purchase and I feel super bad now because they also bought some hoodies and t-shirts.

Monday (09/11/23) I received a Gear 5 Luffy figure and it is totally a $25 AliExpress knock off. It came broken, scuffed, and missing pieces too. I spent $98 on it and will never make that mistake again. It's like gambling because sometimes you do get legit items from them but I'm 100% sure they are resellers/scalpers/scammers. This was the 3rd and last time I buy from them.

Zero stars if possible. Bought something in November, never received it for Xmas. Was told it was out of stock when I emailed them. They said I could have a refund, still waiting. They used excuse of their system down. It’s now June and after multiple emails to them no response. Complete scammers! That’s £98 I won’t see again!!

I bought an item on the store I believe I was scammed. I received a confirmation email but when I tried to message dor an update on my order the support link in the website said the mail was undeliverable.

Unfortunately this site is 100% scam. I never got my ordered item. No one is responding to my emails as well. Don't buy there!

Ashamed to admit that I fell for this scam! The website looks very solid and you even get a confirmation mail after completing your order, however, you can't access it on the website anymore and you won't get a reply from the contact email. Never got the stuff I paid for. STAY AWAY!

I bought 1 t-shirt here. I am quite satisfied with it. Although the delivery time is long (maybe due to covid 19 ) but I am still very happy. If you are a Luffy fan, you can buy it here.
