This was an extremely easy process
This was an extremely easy process. I had no idea that you could do an online notary in the middle of the night. I am impressed and grateful

Very easy process

The instructions were not clear
The instructions were not clear. I asked for help and there was not a live person to assist. This process took over 45 minutes to figure out. In the end the forms were incorrectly completed. I was also charged for being an "additional signer" but I was only needing to be a witness. Complicated long and expensive and incorrect.
