Normally setting up an ASIC is such a hassle and takes way too much time. Thankfully they offer hosting and even a working dashboard for me to see my ASIC at work. So now I don't have to look over at it to check whether there's a problem or not and only have to pay for the energy fees which is also essentially automatic as well, very convenient indeed.

Risposta di OneMiners
Have been hosting with them for a while now, recently bought another ASIC for hosting and they're basically just making easy money everyday. I don't have to do a thing at all!

Connects properly and easy to setup!
I recently just got my order and it works well, not only was it simple to setup but it worked just as it says in the description. Couldn't be more happy with my purchase!

Was jedoch alles toppt:
Finger Weg!

I had an excellent experience with oneminers. When i call the customer support, they are professional and willing to help with any questions I have.
The entire process was smooth and transparent and they exhibited a high professionalism. They clearly explained everything and they understand the services they are offering.
I highly recommend this brand for anyone looking to buy and host their miners. I will definitely add more miners in the future.

I recently bought an Antminer S19k Pro from oneminers and I absolutely love it. I've got some extra electricity because I have a solar power setup and I'm also rarely at home, so having the miner take up the excess power and also making money while I'm away makes this the best purchase I've made in a long while!
I suggest taking a look at their other available options if you also have extra power around.

I had little to no experience with crypto mining at first. But after watching about their video guides and talking to their support, I was able to get to learn more and even make my first purchase of the Antminer S19 miner with them.
Will definitely make a new purchase on my next payday!

what i really love about oneminers is how straightforward it is.
no fancy nonsense, just "here's your hashrate, here's what you earned today, here's what you got paid last wweek"
everything;s on one page and when i look at it the numbers actually match what i was expecting. it's honestly refreshing because i dont have to sit there scratching my head trying to figure it out
the only part that annoys me is that you cant use your own pool. you're stuck with their own pool. it works fine dont get me wrong but once yu've been mining for a while you start wanting a bit more control, yoou know?
overall though the pool itself runs smooth never had any real downtime and the dashaord is so simple even my mom could probably understand it.
just hoping one day they add a custom pool option so we can have a little more freedom

I am always receiving the proforma invoice even though I already paid the machine so I contacted the support and tell them because this makes me confuse why I need to pay again but they clarified to me that they are having a system bug and there's new feature they are working on and it affected this but to be honest I have a good service experienced with them and acknowledged my concern right away :)

Hello,
I have two machines with Oneminers, all relatively new.
Here is my experience with BTC payouts:
1) I requested a payout on November 1, 2025, the payout was made on November 2, 2025, the payout was made according to their stated terms within approximately 24 hours.
2) I requested a payout on December 8, 2025. Today is December 14, 2025, and the BTC is still nowhere to be found. I have already written to their technical support twice. The first time, they wrote back saying that the payout had to be verified and that it would take several days. The last time, on Friday, they wrote that my request had been forwarded and that I would be informed. Since then, still nothing.
In both cases, the amounts were relatively small, equivalent to about $50, paid to the same BTC wallet address.
What has been your experience with BTC payments from Oneminers recently?
2) The BTC withdrawal requested on Monday, December 8, arrived in my wallet on Monday, December 15, 2025, in the afternoon. That is, one week after the request was made and two reminders to technical support.
I had 3 orders arrive last november 21, and one of the miners came with a defective hashboard. I contacted their support and they told me maybe I could try to handle it myself first. I was a bit nervous, but I gave it a try and managed to fix it.
After that, they sent me some free tools since I was the one who fixed the issue. It was a small thing, but I appreciated it. Overall the experience was not perfect, but at least support was responsive and tried to help.

Note: Oneminers is NOT the legal company name, it is Circlehash LLC. Go check the reviews for this company BEFORE considering Oneminers.
I honestly can't believe what I experienced with this company, so I’m putting everything here for others to see.
I emailed Oneminers to cancel order #13830 before it shipped and request a refund, $27,092.90. They refused the refund request, citing a “Hosting and Performance Agreement” that I had never heard of. When I looked up the contract on their website, it clearly required signatures from both parties. Since no signed agreement exists, I again asked for a refund. They didn't reply.
It got stranger. The next day their CEO, Michal Beno, called me. Instead of addressing the unsigned contract, he switched to a totally different explanation: because it was a 'futures' order (the miners aren't available until 2026 March), they couldn’t refund me. When I asked him where it said the order was non-refundable, he provided no answer, he simply repeated his explanation. I asked him to put his explanation in writing, he never followed up.
I checked consumer-protection and contract laws in California (where I am), Texas (their listed location), the EU, and the Czech Republic (Oneminers' main location). I couldn’t see how their explanation fit with anything I read.
For example, from my understanding, California Civil Code §1550 says a contract requires the consent of both parties, and Civil Code §1671 describes how any non-refundable deposit terms need to be clearly agreed to in writing.
I sent Oneminers a final email giving them another chance to respond. No reply. Nothing.
I've collected all relevant documents (webpages and documents from their website, emails, call log, including every step of the buying process), and have begun preparing reports to:
- FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)
- California Attorney General – Consumer Protection Division
- Texas Attorney General – Consumer Protection Division
- Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
- Policie České republiky – Cybercrime Division
- European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net)
- Europol (EC3)
I am also preparing a civil lawsuit in the California Superior Court.
I will update this review if the matter is resolved.
I've been wanting to get my own mining machine but to be honest, it's very hard for me pay the whole price all at once but when I saw them launching the pay later plan, i honestly felt relieved like someone finally undertsood that normal people like me who can't afford to pay a very big amount.
I consider to buy the antminer s21e hyd so instead of paying $5250.98 all at once, i was able to pay $1312.75 only for the first month and will just need to pay the same amount for the next 3 months. It really helped me a lot to not go beyond my monthly budget.
I also found a discount code that also helped me to reduced the payment. I will just share it here just in case you also need it. ONEMINERS_HOSTING_CS_25
I just sent an email to their support to check my order and they replied to me right away and they updated me the date on when my machine will start to run. I don't have to always send them messages because they initiated to update me first with regards to my order.
My machine is now running and earning in Nigeria center. I chose this location because they have the lowest energy rate I've seen compared to others. I am now earning approximately $4 to $5 per day and take note that the energy fee was already deducted.
With my daily rewards, i can save up for my next payment in the following month.
I just want to thank Oneminers because they came up with this feature that can help individual who also want to start mining. This feature is a very big help especially for me.
Thanks 🙏🏻

I have been purchasing many miners from them over the past several months and all have been running smoothly with no issues. The platform takes some getting used to but I really like it. The buy now pay later feature is amazing allowing you to split the purchase over 4 months. The only issue I had was withdraws were supposed to take 24-72 hours and the first couple took a few days longer. I spoke with the CEO and they just want to make sure it is actually the owner of the miners making the withdraw and not an scam or account being hacked. After the first couple withdraws it was much faster. The other nice option is you have the option to withdraw to your crypto wallets or you can withdraw directly to your bank account. The sales team has been supper helpful and I speak with them almost daily by WhatsApp or email and they respond promptly.

saw a blog post about the reliability of this brand. I read all the benefits they offer when I choose to get a miner and host it with them. that time, i thought it was just a click bait, but when i tried to asked them through email, they responded and gave me the hosting contract. they also put me in a voice call, and i asked them if i could see them, they didn;t hesistate to put me on video call.
They asked me about my budget. After that, they gave me a representative to calcuate my estimated daily earnings/profit. Now, my miner has been working so fine.

I have to write this because this is my real experience with this brand. I went with home mining since i did the math for this :). At first, they were really responsive with all my inquirie;and, continues being that as i paid and received my miner, they're still entertaining me, luckily they teach me how to troubleshoot it.
Also, I realized that they gave me a guide link on my email which I admit it's my fault too.

Purchased a USED miner a week ago. 0 communication of any sort of status. USED miners are a flip of a switch, I'm guessing. If they go to a mining pool then there is NO switching. They just need to account that the transaction dollars flip to me. Support is NO help. They want your email and WhatsAPP or Telegram. Even after you give them that, the don't read emails...they want screenshots of what the problem is. What the heck? So, some user puts their miner up for sale (seller), some user, (me -- the buyer) buys it. The used miner is now mining to ... somewhere ... probably ONEMINER pool...so what's the rush to assign the miner to me? NONE! This tech company needs to incorporate some automation. This should be done 5 minutes after "crypto trades hands".
It was my first time trying mining and I had no clue where to start. I asked support a ton of questions and expected them to get annoyed but they were super patient and explained things step by step. Big thanks to Oneminers for making it less stressful 🙂

I’ve been a customer for about 15 months now.
There are definitely positives to the service, and other reviews already cover many of them. I want to focus instead on the things that are less obvious at first glance, so new customers know what to watch for.
My main advice is this: verify every claim independently. Ask for proof, ask for watcher links, and compare performance against established mining pools and third-party data. In my experience, some of the marketing claims appear overstated, and transparency is not always where it should be.
The biggest issue for me is that customers cannot configure their own mining pool accounts. Rewards are routed first through the OneMiners wallet, and only then distributed to customers. Because of that structure, you are relying entirely on their reporting. The company states that customers receive 100% of pool rewards, but based on my observations that has not consistently matched the results. In practice, the model feels more like reward sharing than direct payout.
For BTC, the difference compared to expected pool rewards has at times been in the 5% to 20% range. For some other coins, the gap has been much larger. The explanation given was often “pool luck,” but customers should not accept that at face value without checking the numbers carefully. Watch for fees at every turn, including unexplained gaps, deductions, or performance differences that are not clearly documented.
That said, I am trying to stay fair and objective. Some issues can improve over time, and to their credit, there have been periods where the revenue gaps became much smaller after raising the issue. Still, this is an area where customers need to stay vigilant.
To avoid unexpected losses, I strongly recommend demanding proof of your miners’ actual pool rewards, obtaining watcher access whenever possible, comparing payouts against reputable pools, and carefully reviewing every fee and deduction.
Update – 9/15/25
After working with OneMiners to address the revenue gaps, I can report that the situation improved significantly. The comparison against EMCD and F2Pool was much better during this period.
Because of the improvement, I increased my rating. I will continue monitoring payout gaps, fees, and overall transparency.
Update – 3/6/26
Operations and maintenance have been another weak point. I had 6 miners fail within a single week, including some of the most productive units. Past repairs have taken 4–6 weeks, even though public advertising suggests repairs should take only a few days. Having roughly 40% of a miner batch become defective is, in my view, well below industry expectations.
Overall, I would describe my view as cautiously optimistic but very careful: there are some good aspects to the service, but customers should verify everything, monitor revenue closely, and watch for fees and deductions at every step.
