Miner went down for 2days which makes up time 93.33% for 30 day cycle so as there terms say i should be credited the 2 days as its below the 95% up time, Support just ignores for weeks and when they do get back to me they said it been up for 97.7% for 90days. A cycle is 30days not 90days they try to say 90 days to not comply with there own terms ive explained this and now being ghosted
I’ve been slowly adding miners with them for 6 months. Yes, their responses are slow. Yes, the dashboard is really inelegant and clunky. Yes, payouts sometimes take more than a day to clear. BUT, every payout I’ve requested has been disbursed.
My only complaint is that they will only disperse funds in BTC or as a bank deposit. I have several Altcoin miners with them but I can’t disperse altcoins, only BTC, so I’m forced to use their exchange rate and fees to cash out altcoins. Still been quite profitable and I’m content with continuing to work with them.
I love Oneminers. Constantly growing and updating. Their service is awesome and Peter is the man! Will be a lifetime user and client. Check em out.
I have been dealing with Michal and his company for years. They are an extremely professional team, and Michal is a highly professional owner.
AI mining is sham, Loot is broad daylight.
2 Step Loot leave you with 15-20% less or potentially more also.
Step 1: They are cutting your profits by 9-10%...
See for yourself, compare your daily profits with any mining pool, whattomine and asicprofit..
Step 2: If coin in non-BTC than they take 2-3% cut again for exchange. (Withdrawal only possible in BTC), On one screen they will show you final amount you will get and on next confirmation screen final amount will be lower then before.
They don't even acknowledge.

I'm sorry if I've got to leave a review here, I just noticed the notification.
Anyways...
It's been 6 weeks already and my miners have been working just fine. There were some concerns I had, but it got fixed quickly, thanks to all the support and especially to the technicians.
Updating my previous review for fairness and transparency.
After significant escalation and weeks of follow-ups regarding Order #18138, Uli (Head of Support at OneMiners) personally stepped in, reviewed the situation, and worked toward a resolution. I have now been informed that my miner is scheduled to be installed and operational by Monday, 05/25.
I still believe the original communication, delay handling, and customer escalation process could have been managed much better — especially regarding the April batch timeline, installment obligations, and lack of earlier visibility. However, I also want to acknowledge that Uli took ownership of the issue and helped move the matter toward resolution.
I appreciate the direct engagement and hope the deployment proceeds as committed.
Note: Circlehash LLC operate under a trade name 'Oneminers'. Am posting this review for both names.
I genuinely feel deceived by this entire experience.
I purchased an “April batch” hosted miner with Priority Processing through an installment plan and paid via BTC, trusting the timelines and commitments presented during the sales process. More than a month later, the miner is still not installed, not mining, and there is still no real resolution.
What makes this even more concerning is that the company appears to have the same miner model currently available in stock, yet they refuse to adjust my existing paid order to an available unit while continuing to demand installment payments for a miner that has never been deployed.
The delays have already caused me to miss a major crypto market spike that was a key part of the expected ROI calculations when I made this investment. In crypto mining, timing matters enormously, and delays of weeks or months materially impact profitability and customer expectations.
Only after payment was completed did I start hearing about “manufacturer delays” and shifting timelines that were never clearly disclosed upfront. Every attempt to resolve this professionally — including requests to either allocate an in-stock miner to my paid order or issue a refund — has been met with delays, vague responses, support tickets, and silence across email, WhatsApp, and text.
At this point, the situation strongly suggests intentional delay tactics and deeply questionable business practices. The fact that payment was made through Bitcoin should not mean customers are left without accountability or consumer protection.
If you are considering doing business with this company, be extremely cautious and document everything carefully.
I strongly encourage anyone facing similar issues to file complaints with the Texas Attorney General and the FTC. I am also evaluating legal options, including potential class action review regarding what appears to be a deceptive sales and fulfillment process.
Very profesional. Helpfull.... they reply fast.
If you are looking for quality, reliability, and long run colaboration...... They are the ones
I got scammed of $90 here so be careful! Oneminer is a scam. I made an order instead of making daily profits, my wallet showing -30 usd which means I am the one owing them rather! So I said I don't want such type of business and so I asked for a refund immediately on that same day of purchase and then I got my ass Ignored. I making this reviews so that next victim should be very careful. 🚨

I decided to write this review after multiple unsuccessful attempts to settle my issue with OneMiners Support: e-mail, WhatsApp and phone call.
I am running a machine which I purchased and hosted with OneMiners about 3 months ago. I have both positive & negative reviews.
Positive:
Responsive support (especially on WhatsApp). The rewards are sent daily inside the dashboard and electricity is also deducted daily as stated in their site with no extra or hidden fees. Overall good performance with no need to change the settings - just monitoring. Rewards can be withdrawn anytime with processing time within 48 hours.
Negative:
The only issue I had, was when I asked for the Hosting Contract. Despite sending it straight away, there was critical missing information inside the Contract for which I wasn't able to sign since then. Specifically, in my e-mail on 28/01/2026 I requested clarification about:
1. Equipment Identification (inside the contract it is only specified an internal miner ID with no reference of which machine is purchased and hosted.
2. Hosting Location (it is only noted USA without clarifying which of there many facilities).
3. Mining Transparency (proof of mining).
The Team responded very fast on WhatsApp saying that I have to wait for the legal team to manage the issue. From my point of view the information I asked is very well defined the moment i proceeded with purchase 3 months ago. Till now, i never received an answer in my e-mail despite multiple reminders. I feel exposed without the Hosting Contract signed.
Despite my overall good experience with OneMiners Team and Services, this one issue is pulling me back from expanding my mining plans. From my experience mining is a long-term investment requiring full Transparency and Reliability from both sides.
I recently placed order OM#1413 for an Antminer S21+ Hyd 395 TH/s with OneMiners Crypto Mining Hosting, and so far the experience has been positive.
The ordering process was smooth and straightforward. I received confirmation almost immediately after purchase, and the email communication was clear and professional. It’s reassuring to get a prompt confirmation when making a significant investment in mining hardware.
That said, I would appreciate more detailed follow-up communication about the next steps. Estimated shipping timelines, hosting setup expectations, and a clearer outline of the deployment process would help build even more confidence. Since this is high-value equipment, proactive updates would make a big difference.
Overall, the purchasing experience has been good so far. If the delivery and hosting setup go just as smoothly with a bit more transparency on timelines, I would gladly rate it 5 stars. Looking forward to getting everything up and running.

I was skeptical having thousands of dollars worth of equipment hosted in another state. Nonetheless, I purchased a couple miners to see how things would work out.
Well, things worked out very well. I currently have 15 miners on-line (at the South Carolina location) and another scheduled to be installed next month. One of the reasons my trust in Oneminers has increased, and I've been able to have 16 miners is due to Oneminers' "Pay Later" option. Being able to initially pay only a fourth of the miner's total cost allowed me to, not only "test the waters", but get started with mining at a minimal cost.
Having been with Oneminers now for six months I've interacted with several intelligent, and very helpful employees. While all the employees have gone out of their way to help, the one that stands out is Petr. Petr has assisted me in selecting the best miners that I needed directing me towards my specific goals.
I can't say enough about Oneminers. At first I was VERY doubtful. Now, I'm considering which miner I'll buy next.
All this at only 0.07 cents per KW/h. What's not to love. :)

It's great that the electricity rates and hosting details are visible from their hosting page and checkout. It helps me understand what to expect and what I might get before making a purchase :))

If i could give zero i would. I was looking through their miner page where you can see the profit of each model. The thing is, it's not actually profit. What they have stated on that page is based off their cheapest electricity costs, which is nowhere stated in fact. Its plastered all over the website that it's profit. What is "profit" you ask? Well that would be base revenue, minus your expenses. The miner they sold be, i chose to be located at a facility they were advertising as a promotional location. Unbeknownst to me, I ended up losing over a dollar a day when it was advertised as $3.50 profit give or take (+/-) 10%. That and they charged me for a day of electricity before i was even able to access my miner. When I talked to them about this, they kept explaining that what is advertised is base revenue, and it is industry standard to call it profit. So i did my homework and looked at all the other sites I could find offering the same kind of services. They all had clearly labeled on their pages that its base revenue, not calling it profit. Completely misleading and refusing to refund me, even though I bought it under false pretenses. Have reported to the FTC and will be following up. All I wanted was a refund. Instead we have turned it into having to report them, put up bad reviews and all the fun stuff, just to get my point across that I will not back down from the bullying tactics. I have everything all documented. Stay far, far away. I mean as far as humanly possible. Put yourself on Mars to get away if need be. Its not worth the headache and high levels of stress you will receive from this company say you run into any kind of problem. They agree that they can see how it is misleading, which has been said over a phone conversation, which led nowhere. The list of bad business practices goes on and on. I could probably write an entire novel about it by now. Hope this is insightful.
Thank you for the support and for taking the time to review my account in detail. I appreciate the transparency in explaining the PayLater balances and the clear breakdown of the numbers. The proposed solution to unblock the account was straightforward and helped me move forward quickly. Communication improved and the guidance made the next steps easy to follow.
Suggestion: it would be great to have a more proactive notification system (e.g., earlier alerts on pending PayLater balances and a clearer “unblock checklist” in the dashboard), so customers can prevent interruptions before accounts are restricted.

Wanted to invest on something that actually provided profit without me needing to do anything. Was initially interested in mining at home but since I have to look at a lot of different stats and since electricity rates at my place was high, it wasn't really ideal for hosting. Then I found out they offer hosting so I tried ordering a few asic and so far, it's been pretty great. Nothing to think about it, just letting it do it's thing as I focus on doing other stuff.

OneMiners (Circlehash LLC) took $21,846.20 in BTC from me in November 2025 for 2 Proto Rigs pre-ordered to be hosted in Nigeria. No hardware was ever delivered. They refuse to refund my money even after I exposed that no order was ever even placed with Proto/Block Inc(!), like they claimed.

Their sales rep Petr Pavelka repeatedly claimed they had placed a bulk order of hundreds -100s - of units directly with Proto (Block Inc.), that the manufacturer stopped responding, and that the rigs (worth millions of dollars) would most likely never be delivered at all by Proto. This all turned out to be completely false and misleading.
My dashboard even showed the rigs “installed” and mining in Nigeria starting mid-January, 2026, with accruing profits — exactly the dates OneMiner’s support had promised me when I asked them when my rigs would go live. Petr Pavelka contacted me soon after, out of the blue, claiming this was due to a “dashboard error.”
OneMiners offered replacement miners with US hosting and significant added fees and other inferior deals, but at this point I wanted nothing more to do with this company. All I wanted was my refund, which Petr kept denying me with stalling tactics.
I contacted Proto directly early on, and they finally replied with a bombshell. Proto/Block Inc confirmed in writing:
-No order (bulk or otherwise) was ever placed by OneMiners/Circlehash LLC.
-Proto/Block Inc. have no third-party resellers or partners — sales are direct only.
-OneMiners is not authorized.
-They (Proto/Block Inc) flagged the situation internally as a scam.
This proves OneMiners fabricated the entire bulk order story.
OneMiners sales rep Petr Pavelka then claimed “he never said they ordered directly from Proto/Block Inc.” Problem is, Proto/Block Inc confirmed there are no resellers, so obviously no order was ever placed.
In my final email, I asked OneMiners sales rep Petr Pavelka for proof that he had placed an order of 100s of Proto Rigs. I received no reply, and has therefore taken the following steps thus far:
I have filed complaints with FTC, FBI IC3, and Texas AG and will continue to warn the community.
Date of experience: November 2025 – January 2026

Thank you for your response.
To clarify a few points:
1) There was no agreement to accept replacement miners. I rejected all offers in writing and demanded refund due to non-delivery. The resale value of the 4x 395 TH S21 Hydros, even if I accepted them (which I don't), is far less than what I would get for 2x Proto Rigs.
2) The "non-refundable" policy does not override the FTC Mail Order Rule (16 CFR Part 435), which requires refund for non-delivery without explicit consent for delay. No shipment occurred, no consent was given.
3) While the dashboard "error" (showing Proto rigs mining on the exact dates promised) was addressed quickly, such a misleading display still significantly erodes trust.
4) Your original emails (see full evidence article link below) explicitly stated a bulk order of 100s of Proto Rigs worth millions was placed with Proto/Block Inc., payment sent, and Proto completely ghosted you, making fulfillment unlikely. Your pre-order money "probably never being returned" was your stated reason for "no refund."
This is far more serious than "unforeseen delays and challenges" — it's an accusation of fraud by a major company.
In a later email, Petr claimed he "never said" OneMiners ordered directly from Proto/Block Inc., which contradicts his earlier messages and also Proto/Block Inc's confirmation of "no resellers".
This begs the questions:
- How can OneMiners sell Proto Rigs without any partnership with Proto/Block Inc.?
- Which company did you place your bulk order with?
- Why did you fail to provide any evidence of such a bulk order when I requested it?

UPDATE: On their request, Proto/Block Inc. legal is currently reviewing all the evidence (order details and correspondence).
Seeking full refund. Filed with FTC, IC3, Texas AG.

Recently bought an S19K Pro with hosting on USA - No Service Fees, little did I know that the electricity charge was way more than the profit of the machine. I had reached out to the Live Chat Support on this matter and it was great that they respond so quickly. Had them checked my issue and said that the machine is running at a high electricity rate which is why I'm having negative profits on the machine. The support was really helpful and gave me options for the machine which is either relocate it or ship it to my address. They even gave me recommendations for my next purchase and I'll keep that in mind if ever I may buy another machine. Overall I had a great experience with them.

Email responses are a bit slow, but that feels old-school anyway.
