After an initial delay (item lost in the post) the team at onemile responded quickly to my query and had a replacement in the post on next day delivery! They even followed it up with an email to chech it had arrived. Exceptional service.

Hello Guy-Charles, Firstly – thank you for recently buying a t-shirt to support World Bicycle Relief UK. And we're sorry you haven't yet received your t-shirt. The pre-order conditions were that we'd dispatch orders to arrive by the 26th February which we will still deliver on. This is our first ever 1* rating and the first rating that isn't 5* so as you can imagine we're horrified.
Unfortunately we've been waiting for these to be completed by the screen printing company which is why we haven't been able to dispatch them sooner. But the good news is that the tees will be sent out first thing next week, and we expect that everyone will have a tee in their hands by Friday 24 February.
I hope this helps explain the situation and thanks for being a M1LE customer.

I have been looking for trousers that I can cycle to work in that are comfortable, smart looking and stretch and I can step off park the bike and wear in the work place.
I have purchased a few pairs of other brands that haven't worked out, until I found M1LE. Their trousers/chinos are the most comfortable, look good and fit well, that perform on the bike and at work.In addition, the staff M1LE are very helpful and will respond to any inquiries.
So good I have bought 2 pairs.

I got a pair of M1LE trousers for my brother who lives in Paris and cycles a lot and he's a big fan! Very pleased with my purchase, great quality.

Exceptionally made trousers that look and feel great!!!
I've just received the trousers and I'm actually overwhelmed at the quality of them. Honestly they are exceptional, they look great both casually and smart, they fit perfectly, they feel comfortable and you can clearly feel they are made well.
In a world where big brands are knocking out poorly made casual cycle wear it's refreshing to see such quality from a company like m1le London.
