I write this review specially for the wonderful Kirren! Getting to the real estate business in dubai was a little daunting as there are soo many agents getting you to sign on property deals. Kirrens approach to assisting me has been completely different, she has made me feel like more of a friend than an agent wanting me to sign on to something. As a friend would she gave me sincere advise, helped me understand many things I wouldn't have understood from another agent. Very honest , professional. It was lovely meeting her and can't recommend her enough! Thank you once again!

Dear HR Department

I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding my employment experience and the handling of my salary and commissions.

I was instructed by a staff member who manages salaries and commissions within the company—to collect 2,000 AED from a bank near Business Bay Metro Station. I was told to present my Emirates ID to receive the cash.

According to my employment visa and documents, I am entitled to a monthly salary of 2,000 AED. However, I have not received this salary. In addition, I successfully closed two sales involving 4-bedroom villas, for which I was later informed the transactions had been “cancelled.” I have not received any commission or clear explanation.

This situation has raised significant concerns regarding:
• The withholding and unauthorized control of employee bank cards and PINs.
• unpaid salaries in violation of UAE labor laws.
• Lack of transparency regarding earned commissions.
• Practices that may conflict with the UAE Wage Protection System and employee rights.

Given the nature and seriousness of these issues, I no longer feel I can trust the company’s internal processes. I am requesting a full review of my salary and commission payments, and a written clarification regarding the company’s practices involving employee bank accounts.

I am prepared to escalate this matter to the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) if necessary, and I hope to resolve this matter amicably and professionally.

Asif was amazingly helpful from day one until even today. I received exceptional customer experience. Not only did they help me day one. Asif provided incredible support months later.

From Dubai, I went to Rome, because I was not back in the USA, I could not wire funds from my bank. Accordingly, we tried to utilize a credit card to make the completion of the deposit. However, my bank card was repeatedly rejected by Citibank. As we tried to resubmit, over a week of continuously resubmitting, the Bank’s fraud department refused the transfer! Syed and Rabih tried endlessly, contacting the bank in Dubai to try and rectify the transaction spending a huge amount of time altering the submission amounts to try and get the process to work, despite Citibank blocking the transaction. This issue was finally resolved when I returned and my bank was able to wire the funds!

I had an excellent experience with One Investments. From the outset, I was impressed by their level of professionalism. Interactions were smooth, respectful and efficient.

What stood out the most was the knowledge and expertise of the team. They were clearly well-informed, able to answer every question I had and provided the relevant advice without pressuring me. Nice friendly team.

No pushy sales tactics - refreshingly different approach. Honest, valuable guidance that made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process.

Happy and absolutely be recommending them to others in my network.

Not the best overall experience.

I came across this company on social media as an advertisement. Initial point of contact was fine and gave me a lot of information about the project.
I attended the presentation in person at one of the hotels, and felt like I got talked in to putting down 3000 AED, as an Expression of Interest, in spite of the fact that that I had stated that I needed to talk to a close relative who lives in Dubai, and would get back to them the very next day.
They get you by telling you that the money is refundable, which it is however, that's not the point.
The next day, I was advised that this was not the best investment for me and I panicked, calling the point of contact and the manager. The manager did not respond for 12 hours which was not appreciated, since she was the one representing Damac. That's unsettling - to disappear, once you have the money. Responsiveness and client relationships are part of a Manager's duty, especially when a client just needs reassurance.

Now, that I have done my own research, I have learned that there are a LOT of companies out there, who have access to Chelsea residences and other Damac properties. "Exclusivity" is all over the place, not just from one company. A lot of these are marketing ploys - how well can we talk someone into investing with us.

Luckily, I was able to get my money back but I would encourage people to really do their homework and research on the web, before you decide which way to go.

At the end of the day, Dubai has a cutthroat market and everyone wants your investment. Just do your own research.

I have a great experience throughout with Mr Ihsan Halabi (One Homes) helped me in the whole process of property purchase. I recommend everyone if you want to buy a property in Dubsi then he is the right guy who can make it easier. I am very happy with the purchase. 5 out of 5 stars in all categories.

Please avoid at all cost they take your deposits without clearly telling you everything! They are quick to take the money but not quick to help when you want the deposit back !!

My experience has been awful to say the least . In particular with Kirren (real estate agent) ! Who saw us in London but she works in London shows and in Dubai as an agent ! She was really mean as she didn’t want to help us get the refund for our deposit ! Please avoid her and this company

Kashef has been very helpful and knowledgeable. He is very process oriented and structured in presenting his ideas. He does good research and helps buyer in every step of the process. He never hesitates to take call at late hours and very accomadative
