I received the Apple tree and persimmon as ordered. The apple tree is doing well. The persimmon has not ever leafed out. Very disappointed.

Will probably won’t order again.

Love this place. I was looking for fruit trees in the Portland area and stumbled upon this oasis!

Plants took longer than expected to arrive, but they look very healthy, are larger than expected, and were very well packed so there were no broken branches or other damage. Overall, very pleased.

Had an issue with a couple of the shrubs I bought. They replaced one and credited the other right away. Very happy with all the other plants I bought.

I ordered seaberry plants and hardy kiwi, the plants came quickly and were healthy. I planted them the same day and are growing nicely. Bookmarked the page and will buy from then again.

The fig arrived with visible signs of viral disease

Trees arrived in great shape and were larger in diameter than expected. Were shipped at the time indicated for our area. They are thriving in their first summer. Good communication. Packaging was phenomenal.

I ordered a muscat grapevine and some mason bees which were delivered to my door in good condition. I would like to give this business 5 stars but the fact that it took about 6 weeks for delivery seems unacceptable, especially since I live across town from the nursery! I opted to pay for delivery rather than make the 2 hour round trip drive and didn’t notice that it would take 5-7 weeks until I had pushed the Buy button.

Good company to do business with - so far. I ordered the plants, took a little while to have my order fulfilled, I called them, got my answers, the plants arrived when they estimated they could deliver after I called. The plants came in with leaves in it, looking good, looking healthy. I planted them and look forward to see them growing and if everything goes ok, I will do more business with One Green World.

I've ordered many berries and fruiting bushes from them. All have come in great condition and have had no trouble surviving.

Only negative thing (as mentioned by others) is that sometimes plants take a long time to ship (particularly if ordered during spring or fall season). If plants are ordered earlier (ie during winter for spring shipping) they seem to ship faster.

Both plants arrived healthy and in good condition.

The original order did not come, so I sent them an e-mail. They sent my plants immediately and they arrived in a few days. Excellent condition.

I didn't get an apology from them, but will still give them a good rating.

I have ordered trees and shrubs from them a number of times, I have never had any problems. They have a wonderful selection of edible trees and shrubs that are well adapted to my area, NW Washington.

The package was perfect and the plants are packed very well.

I’m so excited about my fruit trees! They came about 5-6 weeks after I ordered them which wasn’t a problem. I received my Chinese Mormon Apricot and my Jonathan Apple tree and they were both healthy and ready for planting when I opened up the box. They came with detailed instructions for planting which I found very helpful!

I paid for my order of an Overleese Pawpaw on June 1st - the gallon size - I received a call on June 14th by Chloe - Not sure if I misspelled her name but she let me know that the gallon size overleese Pawpaw was not looking healthy for shipment so they asked me if I wanted to substitute the order for another Pawpaw cultivar and size and adjusted my order for the correct price. She was very helpful and knowledgable of the catalog and allowed me time to make up my mind on the phone with her. I am so grateful that a representative called and gave me this kind of freedom to make another decision and save me time and money. Thank you Chloe and thank you One Green World.

I have purchased from One Green World for over 10 years; having done entire home landscapes in edibles, moving and doing more bits and pieces. I have seen over the last 2 years that shipping takes a long time. My apple trees last year were very small for price, and the persimmon that was a 5 gallon but had the roots of 2 gallon; at $80 its roots should fill the pot. Shipping- just received my latest 3 kiwi plants- they took over 3 weeks to make it and that did have me a bit unhappy. However when they arrived they were in exceptional condition, big, full and looking super healthy and they sent me some organic compost tea samples with a sorry note about the long shipping gap. All in all- I love One Green World, but do recommend they step up the game on consistency and shorten up shipping times; you have lots of competitors out their that did not exist 10 years ago.

I ordered 3 pawpaw trees(Overleese(1gal $39.95), Shenandoah(5.5 banded pot, $29.95), Taylor(5.5 banded pot, $29.95)) from One Green World. The overleese had 7-8 leaves and healthy. Taylor had 4 leaves and healthy. Shenandoah was a very very thin (less 1/4") 1.5 ft stick. No leaf on it. It DO NOT break dormancy. I contacted One Green World for a replacement on May 29 and filled the problem report form. It is June 14th, I haven't any information from them.

I contacted the company again on 6/15. Company said that their trees should have leaves on it when shipped. It shouldn't need to break dormancy. So, the company will send me a new tree. Since they are out of stock of Shenandoah, a prolific will be sent. I'm happy with that!
