SCAM. Please be aware this company will scam you. Like so many others I got sent the same tracking number. I also had countless emails full of lies. Never received my bbq. This company should be shut down. Will be reporting them. **PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT**

Why does this Richard even bother responding to emails, why isn't he just sat back counting the pounds he's ripped people off with. Ordered a bivvy 2 weeks ago when reviews were mixed...since then it's all downhill for this company. Great looking business with all the credentials... BUT DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. pretty much the same as everyone else, it's late, it's the courier, fake tracking number, promises I'll get it for free, he'll use his own driver, all fake. I'm also awaiting a refund. Do the right thing Richard(Solvac CEO) and refund everyone... Before you see jail time AGAIN.

From 4th of August till now only lies from Richard. I raised a claim to my bank. I paid by Mastercard. I hope they will give me my money back. BE CAREFULL! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Revolut gave my money back after 50 days. THANK YOU REVOLUT!

Shocking experience with this company, I would avoid at all cost no confirmation, of my order after taking the money no one picks up the phone only way I could contact was email when I asked for a refund I never got it after constantly asking and getting nothing I had no choice but to contact my bank and open a case to get my money back disgusting service STAY CLEAR!!

order placed on 3rd August. No order confirmation receioved. money taken. goods still not received. HAve contacted for a refund but although the company has responded, I still have not received a refund as of 24th August. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I ordered from here for 2 reels worth £125.
A so called ‘Richard’ answers your emails sending you fake tracking numbers like he has done with everyone.
Told me he has processed a refund which I never received.
Lost out on £125 please don’t make the same mistake I made!

Their comunication via email was very good, but not truthfull, gave me a false tracking number, and a lot of bull, have been waiting over 3 weeks and not posted yet.if they are a new business you would think they would be giving a good service but sadly not, have had to contact my bank to claim money back. Should have known as prices are too good to be true

Exactly the same as other recent reviews, ordered a reel did not come in the time scale, asked where it was and got fobbed off by ‘Richard’saying there was a delay, then he sent me a Royal Mail tracking number which eventually turned up in Glasgow ( strange coincidence as it looks as if others have had the same issue, fuzzy picture and definitely was not a fishing reel box!!.
Have been informed several times that the refund has been initiated but nothing showing on my credit card statement.
Contacted credit card company who will start investigating once 30 days is up from when I paid for it.
Just pay up and start being honest with people!
Google need to take these people down!

If you're thinking of buying from this company, think again. Service is diabolical, spouts lies about tracking numbers, and doesn't even bother to answer the phone. Ordered a BBQ on Aug 6, and never arrived. Contacted seller who gave a me a tracking number for someone else's order. I've now handed this to the bank to recover the funds. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered a avid leveltech sleep system.Same situation as others.Given tracking,which did not relate to my item.They offer a refund which will never appear.
They are not in Derby neither is richard or DUHINS, Vadims the so called company director.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

Site looks legit with very low prices and its the low prices that "reels you in" excuse the punt! Order will show as processing.wait for days only to be told via email it will take longer...You will get strung along via emails and get told different answers everytime.may even get a fake tracking number with a small blury picture of a small parcel being held in glasgow....Do not order from this company!!!!

I ordered a reel and it never arrived after days. So I contacted them . Three days later it arrived so I thought all good. So I ordered two more reels on the 3rd August . It's now the 19th still no reels so contacted them again to be told they don't even have them yet from ther supplier. So it's as if they don't actually have anything in stock . They wait for an order . Then order from there supplier . The whole thing takes weeks . But I still don't have them . In the mean time of waiting a stupidly bought another two reels . No sign again . So now I am waiting for a refund. It's just one excuse after another constantly. When something sounds to good to be true . It generally is. Don't be fooled by the low low prices. Because you will pay for them and not receive them. Just pay the normal price for what you want that way you will receive them. Every single review says the same thing NEVER RECEIVED!!! Don't be stupid learn from everyone else's mistake .

Scam company. Took my money for a Weber bbq, then provided a fake tracking receipt.

When challenged, ‘Richard’ from customer services tried to
Extract my bank details to provide a ‘refund’.

Paid on a credit card, so managed to get money back on a section 35.

Onefisherman.co.uk is a scam site. All the positive reviews are false, all the negative reviews are true. The company has only been going for a couple of months, the operator advertises discounted products which I doubt he has, he takes the money & doesn’t send the item. I have taken out a County Court claim against this company, this will be successful unless the company details are false. My advice, pay an extra 25% & buy goods from a company that accepts PayPal, 100% guarantee of money back.

This is not even a one star.
No delivery, given same excuses everyone else has been given by Richard. Tracked parcel after a week to Scotland. Still waiting for refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM.

SACMMER!!! do not order you will not receive your order but you will get a apology email from Richard asking you to wait 7 days for you order and you receive a fake tracking number which will show your order being delivered somewhere else as you won’t receive it, when you contact Richard via email he will tell you he’ll reverse the transaction or so you get a refund he can give you a refund if you give him your bank details obviously don’t!! I’ve now taken this up with my bank. Scammer

I ordered a Daiwa Tdr 3012 for £139, which is exceptional cheap, so was suspicious, but web site looked ok so thought I’d give it a punt. Payment goes through to a .nl adress ( Holland) so again looks dodgy. However item did arrive after 10 days. Whilst a lot about this company looks dodgy, including the mobile number, which was abroad & never answered when I tried it, it would happily Order again. You can’t buy a second hand tdr for the price they selling them at. 👍
