Excellent customer service

Excellent service getting the answers within 48hours

The booking process was super simple. And on the day of the test, the customer service staff member called me to let me know there might be a slight delay due to the trains, but was very kind and understanding and I had no problem with this. Also, absolutely professional and amazing service with the phlebotomist staff member right off the bat, expertly and gently collecting my sample for testing. Then I got my results within 1-2 days. Of course, the NHS unfortunately doesn't accept the test results officially, however were it not for One Day Tests, I wouldn't have had the evidence I needed that I did need further testing to support my healthcare. My GP reviewed the results and agreed to run similar tests for their own system in order to proceed with my care. One Day Tests provides a viable route for those of us with conditions that are not normally reviewed by our UK healthcare system, and I'm grateful I was able to get the results I needed as quickly and as easy to understand as they are provided by One Day Tests. Thank you!! :)

Excellent service through and through. I saw Peter at the York clinic who was very kind and efficient. Bloods taken 11am Wednesday and I had all of my results by 5pm Thursday. Really clear results and the AI tool on the website was very useful for interpreting them. It was a 6 week wait for blood tests with my GP, this was booked & done within 2 days and the results helped me get a 1 week appointment with my GP afterwards.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Booking system was very easy and I saw a lovely gentleman in York called Peter, who was very informative and did a stress and pain free blood sample. The results came through very quickly. I did book a GP call with Ben, to chat through my results, which was very helpful.

Great experience when I attended the appointment. The first appointment was cancelled half an hour before I was supposed to attend and changed due to sickness. More advance notice would have been appreciated but I can understand last minute issues hence only 1 less star.

Travelled to Leeds for rearranged appointment as that was the soonest available clinic.

Great to be able to book a private blood test without it costing the earth. I used the Clifton, York clinic which means a 30 mile round trip but I combined it with a shopping trip to York and Monks Cross. Peter, the phlebotomist, is a very affable young man so I felt completely at ease and in competent hands. I was even offered a bottle of water afterwards 🙂 I would definitely use this service again. My results were ready the next day and were easy to interpret. All in all a good experience. I had booked the Hair Loss test because I have thyroid disease but the NHS only test the basics and I wanted to know my TS3 level amongst other things that aren't routinely tested at my surgery. Now I just have to convince my doctor to look at my results!

Peter was very welcoming. The whole experience was very quick and efficient as were the results which were delivered quickly as promised.
