I'd like to share my experience. The nurse was very kind; I didn't feel the needle when she drew my blood. The appointments were on time, and the results were quick.

It was all extremely speedy and efficient. I ended up going to the clinic because it was difficult for me to collect enough blood from my fingertips due to Raynauds. Going to the clinic was for me a lot simpler than doing it myself and next time I will just pop into the clinic. But yes, I can't fault them, an excellent service and they provide loads of useful info with the results too.

The attention and care shown by the the person who took the blood tests were excellent as were the facilities and the prompt test results

The phlebotomist, Martine, helped me not to feel nervous.

Extremely disappointing. I was very careful to look at turnaround time on their website (for NIPT3 it says 4-6 working days) and made sure to take my doctor appointment 8 working days after they received my sample. 6 working days after I still had not received my results, no news from One Day tests. I emailed them to then receive the below answer:

“ Due to the analyser being down at the referral lab, the estimated turnaround time has been slightly longer.”

I had to cancel my doctor appointment which I will only get again in 2 weeks!
If I hadn’t emailed I would have waited and gone to my doctor with no test results !

You CANNOT TRUST them on turnaround time so if you need tests done in a certain time for later appointments go to another company!

My experience was quick, easy and professional . Violeta was very efficient and experienced. Results came in the same day. Highly recommend.

Impressive service. The ordering process was straightforward. I booked to have the test done in a clinic and I was able to change the date twice without penalty. Service at the clinic was friendly and fast. My results came through about 24 hours later and were presented in a way that showed my test results vs high and low ranges, and explained what a high or low result might mean in each case, along with a summarised file I could take to my GP.

Very good service and great support afterwards as well. Highly recommend

The only issues I had was trying to log on to get the results, had to change password, which wouldn’t work, contacting you was a little tricky to find… But eventually resolved
