Great customer service

Report was sent back in ug/L. I understand NHS Magnesium levels are usually verified in mg/dL..so to understand what is really happening would have to arrange and pay for doctor's phone call from yourselves. Am deaf so this could be a waste of money, or my own doctor's waste of time if appointment unnecessary. The test is quite expensive so a more comprehensive written report,especially to those older customers would have been better. Service in clinic was good, but in my opinion this has fallen with the report. Thank

Although the clinic is small and there's no waiting room, the clinic was nice and clean and very easy to get to. The nurse was lovely, friendly and reassuring! Thank you very much for your service.

Brilliant and speedy service

I had my blood tests done in Nottingham and I’m not the easiest patients to get blood from. Emma was amazing. Having had no success in the morning she suggested I can back at midday when she had an hour in between booked clients. Having got my blood pumping and drunk lots of water Emma was successful in all four tests. It such a relief to have found a clinic where I can get a blood test, not have to be referred by my doctor and get the results the same week. No delay….win, win!

I needed a set of blood tests done that I would have had a 3 week wait for with my local doctors. I couldn't believe how easy and convenient one day tests was. Their booking AI bot was fantastic. I put in the list of tests I needed and it recommended the best product, added it to my basket and made it easy to checkout. Emma at the Nottingham clinic was super friendly and chatty and put me at ease straight away. I have a needle phobia but barely felt a thing and she distracted me with lovely chat. I was in and out within 15 minutes, and she clearly explained the results dashboard to me. Results were back the next day, and had been guaranteed to be back within 2 days. Amazing service and I was able to identify a specific problem that I could then seek treatment for. Would recommend and use again for general health MOTs!

It was my first time and was made to feel welcome instantly. I was a walk in and just needed a quick TSH test done. It was all done very quickly and I got my results within 24 hours.

Phlebotomy service was exemplary. Emma was professional and friendly, sorting out a problem with my online details right there and then.
