Fantastic service!! Booked and collected same day, got the results the following day - incredible, thank you!

One Day Tests chatbot told me a particular blood test included certain things which it ended up not doing.
After flagging this to the person while taking the blood test she told me it is not included and if I want this as well they would charge me for this which I didn't want to pay considering I had already paid for it (?). I showed her the conversation with the chatbot clearly confirming this but she still said I had to pay for it.

Later that day I contacted their team online and shared this with them and they gave me this particular test for free but I had to travel there two days (£15 for each trip) in a row and a lot of fuss to get it.

I got the tests quickly but it feels like they try to monetise every opportunity they can. If you are in a hurry to get a test it will do the job but it will also cost you around £100+ per visit depending on the test.

Very easy, quick and stress free experience from booking to getting the results. I have white coat syndrome and when I told them that I don’t like needles the lady that took the blood (I think her name is Lilly - I hope I didnt get it wrong but if I did I’m so sorry) was absolutely fantastic and did everything possible for me to be as comfortable as possible. I didn’t even feel the needle and for the first time ever I did not have a bruise from the needle. I couldn’t even see where the needle went in.
Definitely recommend this place for anyone that needs quick, stress free and in depth blood tests.

It was easy to book and when I arrived I was tested and out again within 15 minutes and the test results arrived exactly when they said they would. Efficient and friendly service.

I made an appointment at 1:30 in the city, but another appointment earlier in the day was cancelled, and I popped into the office to see if I could take the test earlier and it was no problem. Everything was clearly explained and the results came back later that evening and early the next morning. Excellent service and would use agian and recommend.

Jessica at the London city branch was absolutely amazing, she made my mum feel at ease and had a great bedside manner and a very kind/caring character. Blood samples were taken swiftly and were not painful at all. Highly recommend !

After relocating to the UK and finding the health system extremely overwhelming I can finally say that I have found a pathology clinic that surpasses any other. From the moment my booking was made to after my clinic appointment my expectations were managed along with being treated with care and compassion by extremely knowledgeable and experienced Phlebotomists. My clinic experience was the best I have ever had. I am petrified of needles however this was my first ever experience where I was not sick or had an anxiety attack. Their dashboard is fabulous and allows you to review your results and easily pass onto your GP. Did I mention the results were back with me the same day- I understand that some tests may take longer, depending on your tests. I cannot recommend One Day Tests highly enough.
