I was seen almost immediately upon arrival. Comfortable surroundings. Nurse was friendly and efficient. Results arrived the same evening.

Great efficient service. Able to book appointment easily and received results later that day.

Brilliant service. Phlebotomist was very good , not a mark on my arm despite the fact I take blood thinners , and recognised straight away that I needed a paediatric needle due to my shallow narrow and wriggly veins. Would definitely use again. Test results arrived within about 4 hours.

I went to the London City branch. Incredibly quick, kind staff, and I even got the results the same day (quicker than expected - was told 1-2 days). Clean, professional and trusting environment and will definitely go again if ever needed. I would recommend.

On 20th of February I’ve paid for DHEA-S blood test £50 and blood collection £29.
On appointment day 21st of February I decide to have 2 more test from your price list, ultimate testosterone and CRP test. At some point I have been charged again for DHEA-S test and blood collection.
So it means the first payment was £79.00 and this was for the clinic appointment and the DHEA-S Blood Test.
The second payment for the £82.00 is because you wanted to add on some tests:
Ultimate Testosterone- £45.00
C-Reactive Protein (CRP)- £37.00
That comes to a total of £82.00. Which supposed to be discounted but apparently wasn’t. I emailed and ask for explication why there’s no discount as I’ve been told and the answer was “ When adding tests we have to create a whole new order, we have to add the products you have already purchased, but so you don't get charged for them again, we discount the amount you have already paid”!
When I asked for more blood tests I was told that I would get a discount which I didn’t get.
Not a nice experience at all steeling money from people with health issues!

Very friendly and professional staff. The practitioner who saw me made me feel at ease, was great at health promoting, and signposted me to other services I could utilise. Will definitely return there for other services!

Booked with clinic last week and great experience overall. In and out quickly, and received test results on same night. Friendly and informative team.

Very fast turn around if able to drop at home blood test to a London clinic then get results that same evening if sending by post results next day. The early hcg tests really have helped my first few weeks of early pregnancy to make it ever so slightly a less anxious wait.

Couldn’t have been more seamless. Had blood tests done at their clinic in the City in the morning with a lovely phlebotomist. Results came through in an easy to read format that night for me to share with my GP.
