The process was very easy and the attendant Carly was very professional and informative.
Results processed very quickly. Overall a positive experience.

The best experience I’ve ever had getting blood drawn. I have a phobia of needles and the nurse Carly couldn’t have made me any more comfortable and talked me through everything. I have to get regular blood tests and will 100% be going back to One Day Tests. Amazing customer service and fantastic hygiene the place was spotless. Big shout out to Carly who is legitimately the best nurse I’ve had, so personable and down to earth she made me feel at ease right away. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Great service. I’m not the best during blood draws but I didn’t have to worry at all . The blood draw was quick and efficient. Everything was explained to me in detail and displayed on computer so I knew how to access the dashboard. The tests came through very quickly. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

The experience of my first blood test with One Day Tests was excellent. I was seen on time, the phlebotomist, Caroline, was friendly, explained the process and how results would be sent in detail and took the blood sample at the first attempt without even slight pain. The results when received were detailed and easy to follow I have signed up for further tests to monitor an ongoing health issue.

The online booking system was easy and effective - explaining everything we needed to do prior to the blood draw. Where the test is, was clean and the staff all welcoming. The nurse was friendly, professional and explained everything thoroughly, including what would happen once the results from the lab had been received. Usually it would have taken up to 5 working days however ours arrived the next morning. I would use them again and highly recommend this service. It is well priced, has every test imaginable and results are fast.

Easy to find OneDayTest online, make a reservation and pay and get results! I needed test when on vacation overseas. Close to where I was staying and results were a few days.

In terms of pros, it was simple to book my blood test and get it done in person the next day in Glasgow. The woman working there (Carly) was very friendly and managed to get blood the first time (which is rare for me!). The cons came afterwards with customer support. I emailed three times over 5 days with no reply with an urgent question. When they finally responded it was useless response. I then emailed again and it again took about 5 days to get a response. Impossible to get them on the phone too. Their chatbot is also completely AI based, makes mistakes, and there is no opportunity to speak with a human. Even though the process for getting tested was simple and I had a good experience in the clinic, I'm not sure that I would use it again based on the bad customer support. The tests are expensive and you would expect better customer support.

It was a really positive experience. I arrived for my appointment and was taken almost immediately. The clinic was clean and staff were very friendly. I was advised what would happen throughout the process and bloods taken easily. I received my results 24 hours later. The results were easy to read and understand. I would definitely go back.

From online booking, to the bloods drawn, to the results, I cannot fault One Day Tests.
Carly who looked after me at the Glasgow clinic was friendly, knowledgeable and so skilled at drawing blood, I honestly barely felt a thing and I usually struggle with having blood taken.
I had a slight issue with booking, however I spoke with Emma in customer service after I sent in an e mail, Emma called me and sorted it out immediately.
My results were delivered quickly, easy to read and understand on my dashboard. Very informative too, much better than any test I had on the NHS.
I will require a follow up test in a couple of months and I won't hesitate to book with One Day Tests and the Glasgow clinic again.
