The service was really good, felt very calm and everything was explained in the process. I had questions that were answered and was given advice on the next steps to take. I would recommend this service.

Very professional

Booking easy and phlebotomist lovely lady. Results through within time frame and communicated results well and clearly.

Only problem I had was actually finding the place when I got to Chelmsford. Thank goodness for Abbotts Estate Agents who helped me and the lady before me to find the entrance.

Also I had a walker and was confronted by a long staircase as soon as I went through the door. It did say about not suitable for wheelchair access but didn’t realise it meant a steep at least 20 step access.
