Great turnaround and friendly staff! Really put you at ease.

Very friendly and professional. I was late, about 20 mins and the lady took me almost immediately. And I was shocked to find that they downloaded my blood test results the same Friday, the same day they took my blood! I will definitely use them again if needed.

Karen was so sweet to guide me and take care of me. It was an absolute delightful service. Thank you. Would 100% recommend it.

Everything smooth. Completed in 15mins. The reports are received by email next day.

Received my test with incorrect patient details. Requested my name to be corrected and they ignored my request. After I paid almost 800 pounds. I hope the test results are really mine and not someone else's. Reckless is the only word to describe this company and would never use this again

butchered my arm - I looked like I was in a fight for a week after a simple blood draw. Results were clearly wrong as well - I repeated them at a proper lab a few days later and they showed a more sensible result I was expecting

The woman who took my blood was amazing. It was the fastest, easiest blood sample I have ever given. I couldn't even see a mark where the needle went in by the afternoon!

The whole experience was as easy as it could be - i arrived a little late for my appointment due to train cancellations, but i was still seen and had my blood taken. It was all explained to me extremely well, about where i would see my results and what the readings meant.
I got my test results back withing a few days.
Overall a very good experience.

I had my appointment with Karla, she had trouble drawing blood from me because I was dehydrated, but she told me to drink some water, go for a walk to get my blood pumping and I came back 30 minutes later and everything worked perfectly. She was very patient with me and reassuring. Despite the situation which was entirely my fault, she was very professional and lovely and the same time. An amazing person!

Due to a health issue, I’ve had to visit this place a few times over the past months.
Karla is absolutely amazing: friendly, professional and incredibly experienced. She instantly makes you feel welcome and at ease. 4/4 times, my blood tests were completely painless. And if you need a little emotional support, she’s right there with kindness and reassurance.

If you’re anxious about blood tests, this is the best place to go! (Plus, it’s quite affordable since you don’t have to pay a GP consultation fee if you don’t need it!)

I have used the services of OneDayTests and I must say that they are very good. When I came here and read some negative comments, I almost did not want to use them. However, I summoned courage to experience for my self.
They sent the home kit promptly. Just make sure that you are well hydrated before drawing the blood. The results came back the next day.
I have also go into the clinic for collection of blood at Canary Wharf clinic and test. Kayla the nurse was extremely nice and the result came back the next day as well. I will recommend them without any reservations.

I have acute needle phobia and bad veins, every time I hyperventilate until I faint, however not this time.The nurse who took my blood was so gentle and made me laugh so much that I did not realised when she took the blood.It was the best experience ever,I found my come back place in this Canary Wharf Clinic for sure...
