Recently booked a blood test through one day tests at their Bristol location. Booking process was simple, getting to the location was easy enough thanks to buses direct from Temple Meads station, the nurse was extremely friendly and the results came quick! Can't recommend enough!

After a false start travelling an hour and a half to go to the Exeter clinic which was closed and we could get no reply from, we visited the Bristol clinic and had a fabulous experience. Alice was excellent and completed the necessary paperwork and performed our tests very efficiently. We visited as a walk in and were seen within a few minutes. I would not hesitate in recommending anyone to visit the Bristol clinic. Signage could be improved outside as we approached from up the road and the clinic board was behind the gyms board and we didn’t see it at first! We were lucky to park outside but parking may be an issue at busy times.
Results came through within 48 hours. Thank you!

Excellent service. One of the best I found around so far. One Day Tests are UKAS-accredited. I have booked an Ultimate STI Urine, Blood and Swab test appointment for Monday. Went to the clinic in Bristol, the phlebotomist drew my blood, and explained to me how everything works and the turnaround time for this test (which is 6 to 10 days). The blood sample was sent on the same day and arrived at the laboratory on Tuesday. The whole appointment lasted around 10 minutes. The next day on a Tuesday my Urine test kit arrived at home and was instructed to take my urine test first thing in the morning, which I did on Wednesday. I sent the Urine sample through post on Wednesday. Surprisingly, my blood test results arrived Thursday evening, which is well before the turnaround time. The urine test results arrived next Monday. So, the realistic turn around time for when my blood test arrived in the laboratory to the results provided is around 3-4 days and for the urine test results is 4-5 days. On their website, a specific amount of tests are referred to different laboratories including the Ultimate STI Urine, Blood and Swab test, so some of their laboratory tests are not done my them, but still tested under UKAS accreditation. In my case, my blood sample was tested at Inuvi Diagnostics Limited and my urine sample at Acculabs Diagnostics UK Limited, with PDF reports from both of them. I highly recommended One Day Tests.

One Day Tests provided the service I was hoping for when I booked the blood test. There were surprises in the results which came quickly and on time. I will be booking a doctors appointment to hopefully clear up the anomaly. Thanks for a great service so far

The booking a choice selection of tests are simple, your sent instant confirmations, reminders of your test booking appointment. On the day the appointment was on time , well explained and efficient. The results are normally with you with in 1-5 days and you are informed in advance of time lines for individual test results.

Friendly professional phlebotomist. It was much nicer having a professional blood draw rather than struggling with a finger prick test. Results came back incredibly quickly with good explanations of what the numbers meant.
