This was my second time purchasing a car with One Click Cars. Their service was so smooth, informative and fast. Within a couple of days, everything done online, my stunning new car, was waiting for me at my doorstep. Definitely recommend them to anyone! I never knew buying cars can be such an easy straightforward process.

The service we received was brilliant, we had a very specific criteria of what we wanted and the team (Jessica in particular) were brilliant at sourcing vehicles and keeping us up to date on potential vehicles. I am sooo pleased to have found them. I have never had a service like this in my whole life! This is the one and only company I’ve come across where I can truly say they care about the customer. I am a female with not a lot of knowledge and this usually gets taken advantage of. A lot of other companies I had previously spoke to, just wanted the quick sale and didn’t really explain much. It was frustrating and I was never getting anywhere. The worse thing is feeling pressured but One Click Cars do not do this at all. I felt I was one rushing for a car because I had been going back and fourth with previous dealers and not getting anywhere but when I had spoken with Saf and Kirk at One Click Cars, they did the opposite to the others, they would actually tell me not to rush and I am so grateful to have had that honesty and care because I now have the perfect car. Saf really took his time to find me the best car I would be pleased with. They deliver you the car and if you’re still not happy you are not pressured to keep it and they will help you again to find one. I mentioned I wanted a white Mercedes with black leather seats.... and I am now driving a white Mercedes with black leather seats - the car has great spec, parking sensors and reverse camera..oh and heated seats. My point is they try to find you if not better!! Thank you!!

Absolute and complete professionalism whilst dealing with 1 Click Cars. Never a problem to change the vehicle, finance figures etc. Very fast and efficient communication from all the staff who clearly communicate with each other as a team. I would and have already recommended 1 Click Cars as it was a really stress free purchase from start to finish.

The team were brilliant and I'd like to personally mention Saf who was excellent throughout. I initially enquired about a car which unfortunately had just been sold but I was given an almost identical option very quickly. Saf especially was brilliant, answering my million questions with very prompt and honest answers. Nothing was to much trouble from sorting my part exchange through to sorting finance and getting the car MOTd, serviced and even the alloys refurbished. Unfortunately on the day of my cars delivery, the driver due to bring my vehicle to me, noticed some damage which the original garage had not disclosed. Saf contacted me straight away and told me I was under no obligation to buy the car if I wasn't happy. Saf contacted the garage and tried to sort the damage, however the garage were very rude. Saf then phoned me to let me know the vehicle wouldn't be delivered due to the garage not being willing to repair the damage and sent his sincerest apologies, even though it was not his fault and said he would rather me have a car that i was happy with than something not upto standard. My refund was sent back to me within an hour. Overall the experience and service was absolutely exceptional and I would recommend them to everyone. Saf is currently looking at more cars for me and I hope to purchase a car, with his help, very soon!

Found a car through One Click Cars using Reverie as the sales team.
I must say I was very impressed with the service. Delt with all my queries promptly and efficiently and put me at ease throughout the whole process.
The car was delivered to my front door with all the relevant paperwork to hand. I was so pleased with the car as well as the service provided. Once the car was delivered the team run through all the cars functions and answer all my questions

Buying a new car on the internet is a daunting experience. Then I went to one click cars and it became easy. The person who dealt with me from the first contact was amazing. The car I wanted someone beat me to it. So the salesman got to work straight away to find me another. He sent me details of several that matched my requirements. We discussed each of them and settled on the one I now own. The process was quick and he explained every step. Answering my emails and calls quickly and efficiently. I had my new car delivered within the week!

The after sales is beyond my expectations. I had a couple of issues that weren’t one clicks cars responsibility but they set to work to get to the bottom of the missing SD card and again I had a new replacement one and an appointment at the dealership near me to get it sorted out within the week. It has been an enjoyable experience and I highly recommend them. I have been amazed with the service they have provided me with.

I recently brought a car with this company and safe to say they have absolutely exceeded my expectations. I was in desperate need for a car and they literally worked around the clock, even on their days off to get my car to me as quick as they could because they knew i had three children whilst working and getting them to school. The car is absolutely everything i wanted, and i am over the moon with it. I will be recommending this company to everyone, and when i am due to get a new car will be going with them again. Fantastic i honestly can not thank them enough. 💗

One Click Cars managed to source me an amazing vehicle and put in every small effort to secure me the car and make the transaction as smooth as possible.
