We build web, mobile, and SaaS applications for founders and businesses working toward a fixed deadline who need a partner that can deliver on it. What sets us apart is OneSpark — our in-house development engine that builds 97% faster than traditional development and the core of how we work. OneSpark coordinates 95 specialized AI agents working in parallel, handling scoping, building, and testing at the same time rather than one stage after another, with senior engineers reviewing the output before it reaches the client. It's built on more than 20 years of enterprise software delivery experience. OneSpark is the reason we can do things a traditional agency can't. The first of those is showing clients working software before they commit. Before any project begins, we take a client's scope and use OneSpark to produce an early working version of their product on a live link they can open, test, and share. Only then do they decide whether to move forward. Every build comes with a fixed price and a fixed delivery date, backed by a written guarantee — if we miss the date, the client receives a partial refund for each business day late. Throughout the build, the project lives on a staging URL so clients can follow progress in real time. Clients receive clean, documented code they own outright, built to meet standards including HIPAA, SOC 2, and GDPR.

Application development done right

Over my career and both an employee and business owner, I've worked on multiple projects developing applications. Working with Onechair.dev has been hands down the best experience. I needed a web app created to bring an idea to reality and within weeks, a working minimal viable product has been launched. Where in the past my projects dragged on for months or years, Jarrett and his team have a system built to get things done in fast and efficiently while providing a quality product.
