Poor Customer Service

I ordered £3K of gift cards for staff members. When I enquired about a dispatch date 4 days after placing my order, I was told that the cards had already been dispatched and as they had not been delivered, the cards had been now been blocked. I was asked whether I would like the cards re-issued or to cancel the order as they most likely would not arrive before we closed for Christmas. I advised that I would like the order cancelled & refunded and promptly ordered another £3K of gift cards from another store.

That evening, I was told this had been a misinformation and that the cards had only been dispatched that day. Once again, I told Customer Service that I no longer wanted the cards and to cancel the order - only to now be told that this issue needs to be escalated before a refund can be processed.
Two days later, the cards arrived. Now that we have the cards which we had asked to be cancelled - there is no response from Customer Service. Two days AFTER the cards arrived, we received the dispatch notification.

We are now £3k out of pocket due to the gross incompetence of the customer service team. Nobody you speak to is actually able to help, other than to say the matter has been escalated. This has now been escalated for over a week with no response from the team. We have been buying our staff One4ALL gift cards every Christmas for the last 5 years but will never buy them again due to the shocking service received.

Stuck to a bit paper

The vouchers are fine and arrived safely but I really dislike that they are mounted on paper with my address on it. For giving as gifts I would like it mounted on a small card like you buy in the shops. My recipients are getting an awkwardly cut bit of paper and I'm embarrassed.

Un-user friendly

I live in Australia & have sent your gift cards many times to my daughter in UK.
This time your website has changed to un-user friendly. After about 2 hours I finally got the order through, but the addition of a message didn't work. My home address hasn't appeared as the billing address even though I unticked the box which asked if billing & delivery address were the same, even though I was forced to join as a member which had my home address details. I wasn't given the option to order as a guest as I've done in the past. Your Home Page is so hard to navigate where once it was so simple. This may be the last time I place an order for your gift cards as it was a totally stressful experience. I hope this review helps you to rethink your new strategy with Trustpilot

Ordered cards last year and they we're great so I've ordered again this year's cards worth £400 and you send them by royal post normal delivery??? Are you guys for real? What if they get lost...who's gonna use the cards??

Excellent

It is the 3rd year of us using One4all for staff gifts. The ordering is easy and the speed of delivery excellent. Our staff really enjoy the freedom of using the vouchers where they like

Eventually I sent it without and recipient rang me to check if I had sent it I have used One4all a lot in the past and cannot remember having such a problem An idiots guide would be most helpful with no hidden pitfalls

Thank you for promptly delivering my recent order of 25 x £50 gift cards. While I appreciate the quick service, I wanted to share some feedback regarding the presentation and format of the accompanying letters, which I feel could be improved for a better gifting experience.

When placing the order, I noticed a section on the order screen asking for a sender's message, which I filled out. However, this message did not appear anywhere on the formal letters accompanying the gift cards. Instead, every letter was addressed to me as the purchaser. This is not ideal, as the gift cards were intended as presents.

Additionally, my name and home address were printed on the letters. For a gift, this is inappropriate and takes away from the intention of making the cards feel personal and special. Ideally, the gift cards should be delivered in a format similar to those available on the high street—complete with a card and envelope, making them truly gift-worthy.

I raised these concerns with your customer service team, but they seemed unbothered by the discrepancy between the sender's message section and its absence on the final product. For example, I had written a message such as "Merry Christmas and all the very best for a happy, healthy, and joyous 2025", only for it to be omitted entirely.

As a result, I had to spend considerable time printing labels to cover my name and address on the letters and rewriting my messages manually. This effort negates the convenience of ordering gift cards online.

I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future customers. A simple change, such as including the sender's message and omitting the purchaser's personal details from the letters, would make a significant difference.

No christmas cards included

The vouchers were great, the order came in plenty of time.. but i ordered 67 vouchers and received only one Christmas card to put the voucher in!
When i e mailed the company, they stated that in their terms and conditions, only one card would be given with each order... I could have made 67 orders!!!
