Very unprofessional and weird communication on whatsapp. Takes hours to respond to a simple question and not in time for my flight.

Uses WhatsApp for communication. I wasn't happy with my experience

I’m not sure where all these 5 star reviews are coming from. Their WhatsApp communication is suboptimal and there was no change or reduction in flight prices as they had advertised.
I also find it quite dubious how most of that five star reviews have been made with brand-new accounts with one review.
Any reputable Concierge company will not use WhatsApp as their sole communication method.

Concierge a pu organiser mon vol en first class en dernière minute, le chauffeur m’a récupéré à l’aéroport de Dubai et était fortement sympathique, je recommande sans hésiter cette Conciergerie, l’équipe est aux petits soins c’est très agréable !!

The customer service is quick and effective. I don’t travel without using them anymore. They do everything to make your trip as smooth as possible. A Rolls Royce even came to pick me up for the airport !

5 star service. I'm used to buy their services and i've always been super happy with them. If something goes wrong they'll solve it before i even realize it. This is the best provider i ever used for this kind of service. I strongly advice them!
