Take Your Bike to the Next Level with OMX Graphics
OMX Graphics absolutely delivered. The quality is unreal - thick, durable and looks like something straight off a pro race rig. From order to doorstep took just 7 days after design approval, which is faster than I expected. If you want your bike to stand out and last, this is the place to go. No compromises.

Thanks! Your bike looks absolutely dope - have an epic time shredding out there!
Absolutely blown away by the service and quality!
My son kept changing his mind on the design, and honestly, I thought it would be a nightmare to sort out. But OMX Graphics handled it like pros - quick, patient, and super helpful through every step. Once we locked in the final design, the graphics arrived in just 5 days! The quality is absolutely top-notch. My son is beyond stoked, and so am I. Highly recommend OMX to anyone who wants killer graphics and outstanding service!

These Graphics are DOPE!
These Graphics are DOPE!
I cannot stop looking at my bike. The design is nuts, the colors punch your eyes, and the print is crispy as hell. I ride a lot, crash time to time, and the graphics haven’t budged much. 10/10 for looks, quality, AND speed. Got mine faster than a pizza. Already planning my next set. These guys know the deal.

Thanks for the great feedback! We’re thrilled to hear the design & quality exceeded your expectations. It’s our goal to deliver fast, durable and cool looking graphics.
Perfect quality
Turned My Bike Into a Monster!
These graphics completely transformed my KTM - it looks like it just rolled out of a factory race team van. The quality is unreal, thick and durable, not that cheap stuff that peels after a week. Install was easy with a heat gun and a bit of patience. I’ve had random riders at the track stop and ask where I got them. This brand doesn’t just sell graphics - they sell respect.

Perfect
Professional service, race-ready new look
I run a small team and needed custom graphics for multiple bikes. Communication was fast, the design process was smooth, and everything arrived in time. The material is top-tier - flexible, thick, and cuts cleanly around contours. No air bubbles, no misprints, no nonsense. Exactly what you’d expect from a premium supplier. Will continue using them for all future builds.

I placed my order but the money was taken from my account but impossible to have access to their email I would like to have a refund because I got the wrong graph but I have no answer from them. I also can't connect to the site. He sends me an error link to reset my password but it doesn't work. I'm disappointed I feel like I'm being scammed in view of some opinions I've seen on them.

You placed an order this morning, emailed us minutes later asking for a refund, and we responded immediately, cancelled the order, and issued a full refund - all within speed of light. That’s not a bad service. That’s exceptional.
Leaving a one - star review after that level of speed and support is honestly absurd. If this isn’t a joke, it’s a wildly unfair misrepresentation of the facts.
We don’t play games with our customers - we deliver.
Please do the right thing: update or remove your review. Respect goes both ways.
We can provide all the communication, email timing, refund receipts, everything.

Ghosted no way to contact
Place an order on April 30. I’m not received a single update. Do not respond to emails or phone calls no way to check your order on their website because it just sent you to error page no way to login and check it does the same thing customer support definitely is not a strong point of this company.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. In this case, there was a technical issue on our side that affected order tracking and delayed communication - we fully acknowledge that.
Last Friday, we offered to upgrade your shipping at no extra cost and send the kit out immediately. You chose to cancel the order instead, and we issued a full refund right away, no questions asked.
While these situations are extremely rare, they can happen when we’re handling a high volume of orders. We’re already working to prevent this from happening again.
Thank you for your feedback - we don't like it, but it’s valuable & helps us do better.

I made a full order on April 12th
Update 5-17-2025
I made a full order on April 12th. 17 days later and haven't heard a word from them. Would be nice to know how long the wait might be so we can decide to do business with this company or choose someone else. I can't even get a password to log in to my order or account for progressa reports as their website and email links send back to the log-in page that requires a password.
UPDATE: OMX came through after my review. They responded to my complaint and provided me a review of my design in fairly short order. I received my graphics package within two weeks and I am extremely happy with the quality of their product. It seemed like a long wait, but the quality was worth the wait.

I placed an order with OMX Graphics…
I placed an order with OMX Graphics over two weeks ago and still haven’t received any updates or resolution. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response, and when I reached out via Instagram, I was met with unprofessional and smart remarks instead of actual help. After spending over $200 on a graphics kit, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Customer service is non-existent, and at this point, I absolutely cannot recommend this company to anyone. Really unfortunate.

Just to clarify what our Instagram response was about — it wasn’t personal, it was simply stating facts.
Yes, it’s Easter. Yes, we just came off a massive sales event. And yes, during times like these, turnaround times are longer - as clearly mentioned on our website. Fast shipping applies once the design is approved and printed - it does not mean instant design previews.
We get a huge amount of orders and our priority is quality over speed. The product you’ll receive is top-tier - no compromises there.
We’ve seen a few people rush to complain without reading the information we provide upfront. That doesn’t change the fact that thousands of customers understand the process and are stoked with what they get.
Will let the sales team know to follow up with you directly.
Thanks and have a great Easter 🐣

This is the 2nd graphics kit I have ordered from OMX. Very satisfied with my first order and even more excited about the 2nd one. Great selection of graphics at a great price and reasonable production and shipping times. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future!

Boom! That’s what we love to hear!
Huge thanks for dropping this review. The fact that you’re back for your second dirt bike graphics kit - and even more pumped this time around - fires us up. At OMXGraphics, we’re not just slapping stickers on bikes. We’re building custom dirt bike graphics that turn heads and bring some serious attitude on the track.
Stoked to be your go-to company for dirt bike graphics.
Third time’s coming soon, yeah? (:

Great appearance and quality
We were extremely happy with our final product and the quality and fitment. Shipment for the kart graphics took a bit longer due to coming from Europe, but we’re happy overall. Will definitely purchase again in the future.

Thanks so much for the great feedback! We’re pumped you were happy with the final product, quality, and fitment. While shipping can occasionally take a bit longer, we’re now also dispatching from a factory that’s less busy during peak times - so delivery worldwide takes just 3–5 days, no matter where it ships from - USA or Europe. Can’t wait to create your next custom kart graphics kit!
Not at all what we expected
Received quickly but were not the quality we expected. The graphics did not fit the bike. We sent in pix of the bike front and side view as asked. While they were close to size and shape they did not fit our plastic properly. It made our brand new 2025 KLX look like a kindergartener put decals on it. We followed directions exactly along with the video. My husband has applied many decals both large and small and never had any issues until this. The edges will not stick even after applying heat gun, the front fender was impossible so that couldn’t even be put on. We got the rest on but look awful and cheap and will likely be removed in next few days. After spending $250 we are very disappointed.

Risposta di OMX Graphics
Hello,
We find it quite strange to receive a 1-star review without a single email, message, or photo from the customer before posting this complaint. It’s a bit odd to claim there was an issue, yet never attempt to contact us for a solution. Instead, we’re blindsided by a negative review without any prior communication.
Let’s set the record straight:
- The template used for the customer’s 2025 KLX is the only template available online and the same one we’ve used many times without any problems. If it were incorrect, we’d be hearing about it from multiple customers - not just one.
- There are many reasons why a graphics kit might not apply correctly, and lack of proper installation knowledge is a major one. Graphics application is a skill, and despite following a video, mistakes happen. Misalignment, improper surface prep, or incorrect heat application can all lead to poor results.
- The claim about bad quality is simply ridiculous. OMX Graphics has been using Substance media for over 14 years - the gold standard in extreme sports graphics industry. There are no better materials available, period. All major name in motocross relies on it, and so do we. Saying our graphics look “cheap” is completely false, and thousands of satisfied customers prove otherwise.
The bottom line? OMX Graphics has built its reputation on top-tier quality and customer satisfaction. We never leave a customer disappointed. All we ask for is basic communication - email, photos, anything - so we can fix an issue if there truly is one.
Instead, we’re left guessing from a vague review.
We’ve already reached out, asking for photos to assess the situation. Let’s see how this one turns out.
