After talking with Shelia Franks I was assured that I could and would receive the help I needed to deal with the IRS. I was always given excellent advise as well. Michael Luby did a great job of resolving our corporate tax issue. It was complex to be sure, but he and Reina Roman worked through it and and kept us informed all along the way. I can't imagine trying to handle this on our own. Many services have contacted us but Omni truly delivered! Trust the process and don't give up. The IRS is simply too massive to face alone.

I was referred to Omni Financial by a friend whose sister hired them several years back. The lawyer I worked with (Michael Lubby) and his entire staff were superb. They responded to all of my requests in a timely manner and they did an outstanding job representing us before the IRS. In fact, they were very successful in negotiating the removal of many penalties, etc. They are skilled, knowledgeable with the IRS practices and laws and basically made my life easier by having them deal directly with them. I would highly recommend Omni Financial when you have been audited and need a professional firm to represent you before the IRS.

Deciding to take on the IRS with the issues I had was a bad idea. Facing
a lien and all the frightening issues that come with that was overwhelming.
Then all the calls that hit my business as to why I should let their tax relief company handle the issue I had with the IRS, was down right annoying. I can honestly say that Omni did not bad mouth any of their competitors they just went to work for me and solved my issues and I received a nice refund! I hired Omni Financial several years ago to handle my IRS issues after I lost an IRS case, got liened and levied. They immediately took over correspondence and negotiations with the IRS and the letters and all correspondence to me from the IRS stopped, which was a tremendous relief. Over the course of the negotiations I found them to be extremely knowledgeable, extremely good with customer service and communication and extremely good at what they do. Aaron Tower and Joel Byerly handled my negotiations and they ended up resolving my case and negotiating an affordable monthly payment for my installments that will end up saving me over $200,000 that was owed. I couldn't be any happier with their service and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is going through the nightmare of dealing with large back taxes and penalties and money owed to the IRS. These guys are the real deal, I'm always skeptical of those commercials where someone says they saved some absurd amount through a tax firm but I can tell you those numbers are possible because Omni Financial did just that for me. Call them, it ended up being one of the best calls I've ever made in my life. I now get to get back to business without the stress of the IRS feeling like the weight of the world on my shoulders.

i would highly reccomend this company to any one having any type of tax problems Theycan handle situations that most lawyers cant do They are Honest , upfront with the clients and follow through on all situations Omni can handle Federal & State and can work out a resonable monthly payment plan & in some cases can get your debt dissolved totally . They are also reasonablly priced for their service and also has a payment pan for the client also .. Omni performed miracles for us and gave us a brand new start in life i will always be greatful for finding them . i have found all their staff to be of the most high quality of representaion. From day 1 of my total stress, Heather Lorenz has guided me and informed me, with assurance, that our situation will be handled. I do believe that she and her team been tenacious in their communication with the IRS on my behalf. Omni is a little more pricey than I first expected but the extra service and 'Peace of Mind' has been worth it. I would highly recommend their service to anyone with a similar need.

Cody Ruiz was a godsend in my tax matter. As soon as he took over my case the letters and harassment ceased. He told me what to expect every step of the way and I was very happy with the results.
