This company is nothing but a rip off and a con artist. Their website is deceiving and misleading. They advertise that you only need their product to access all sort of services online. THEY ARE LIARS. One click and I find out from my bank that I have purchased one fire stick and shortly afterwards I get a notification from my bank that I purchased another two fire sticks. There is no opportunity to review anything before you are charged. They tell you that you must cancel your order within one hour as they have initiated shipping after that. The order was shipped days later. THEY LIED AGAIN. They also give you a song and dance about returns which you have to send to China even though the product was shipped within North America The. They offer to refund you 50% of the last two devices and if you don’t accept that right away the refund is reduced to 30%. A couple of days later another charge appeared on my credit card for a membership I did not request. Same story on a refund. Stay away from the company THEY ARE CROOKS! If I could give them a -10 rating or higher I would.

Ordered a TV stick which said I could watch Hulu, Peacock, Paramount+ and more for free and so I ordered three for our three TVs. It is nothing more than a Fire Stick. Want to return them and they said okay but to ship to their China address. Of course, it would cost over $100 to return them so now I guess I have three useless sticks.

Ordered a tv stick and it does not work at all. Total waste. also they start charging $40 a month for somehting and when asked to cancel they make some excuse and keep charging. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

Long advertisement for a tv stick that allows you to watch everything for free. Of course it’s the “too good to be true” scenario but the add seemed so authentic. Turns out to be a total scam. Just a simple fire stick that does nothing if you allready have a smart tv. A total scam. Customer service is non existent.

Ordered 4 black mouse repellent devices plus tax plus expedited shipping,,$109.75 charged to account and paid on Nov 21, 2025. Received notice shipment reached customs in Italy. Tracking # 37155M182829, No where in checking was out of the States mentioned. Last notice and no receipt of items. I am 81 and on a very limited budget and I work still work to pay bills. Mice cause a lot of damage so I decided to order the devices as I hate the poison. This is a scam and hopefully karma or something will catch up to these people. Learned my lesson...if I cannot find something in a local store I will do without. This is not a large sum to many but to someone who lives paycheck to paycheck with no aid in sight it matters. If you can live with it I can live without it but I will use my voice and social media to fight against your company....OMIHOME Store.

Once contacted they informed me of the reason for the charge. They offered me some options and we're very helpful. Enjoyed getting the issue resolved quickly.

Company advertised TV stick on YouTube With promises of free, no subscription premium applications, like Netflix, HBO Showtime, all of the television viewings that require a subscriptions at no charge
The product does none of that and furthermore is very difficult to load any of the programs that you can normally load on a smart TV or a fire stick
When asked for a refund, they require you to send it back to China, which cost $60 or more and they also tell you to mark the cost less than five dollars to avoid problems with customs
They are a total scam and I hope other consumers do not buy what they are advertising on YouTube

Don't purchase from this company! They will bill you on purchases you did not buy so be

I tried in August to order a $64 ‘stick’ for access to alternative TV channels and they fraudulently used my credit card to send me $450 worth of sticks and subscriptions.

I cancelled the order within 3 minutes and they still sent it. I sent it straight back without opening the package. They said if I wanted a refund I had to send everything back. I did this at a cost of $78. However, the package has been stuck at Chinese customs since September and Emma at Omni Homestore refuses to contact the customs clearing house to have the item cleared. This is after I gave all the information on how she can do this after an investigation by New Zealand Post.

I have sent over 30 emails and although the order was cancelled within 3 minutes, well within the 12 hours cancellation period/policy they wouldn’t cancel it. I am out of pocket over $500, a very expensive lesson.

Omni Homestore are total crooks. Not worth the sleepless nights and over $500 I have lost due to their deception, dishonesty and incompetence. STAY AWAY FROM Omni Homestore! They continue to refuse to refund me as they haven’t received the good that I have returned to them, the goods I cancelled after I saw the fraudulent transactions on my credit card go through. That I cancelled after 3 minutes. Even though their own cancellation policy states 12 hours.

Ordered the fake Flick TV stick and they lie and will not refund you and nothing I s loaded on it there is no remote and they give all excuses ..we are a small business we will refund but it never comes then oh you have to pay 40.00 to ship to China be aware they are scams

The Flixstick they advertise does not work, I could not even get a single TV channel to run on my TV. Also I ordered 2 devices and they sent 4 and charged me for them. To return them I have to send them to China. No shipping company will take them to return. Finally, after they arrived I find out Im being charged $49.99 a month for membership that I did not sign up for. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

We purchased 3 Firestick cloans for $49.95 each. The company claimed that they provided free connections to all of the popular streaming companies like Apple, Disney, Netflix etc implying you could then actually watch programs on these sites. Once we received the merchandise, we were charged a monthly fee to use them, but that did not connect us to anything. We were able to dispute to monthly fee and have it returned but not the 3 devices. When I requested a refund the company required I send them to PPC. That's China. Freight for 3#'should be $30.
This company is a fraud..

they keep charging for membership even after I contact them to stop. I have contacted them them several times. they wait a while and then charge again. not a company to be trusted

If I could give it a zero I would. Ordered a TV gadget that is supposed to give me TV more stations for no monthly charge. After about five weeks it came it was broken didn’t work. The remote didn’t work. The item itself probably worked but couldn’t get it to move on the TV after 20 back-and-forth emails. I finally had to settle for $25 refund on my $65 purchase they don’t tell you they are in China and you need to pay for return postage even on broken items. Definitely are a scam the phone number you call just hangs up on you after five or 10 minutes on hold very very frustrating. Do not deal with them. They are not very smart. Asking me to do a review. Don’t buy anything from them. Just a bunch of scammers still going to report them to the international bbb. My mistake now I’m stuck with a item that doesn’t even work that cost me $40.

I was happy with Emma. The product was not what I expected and they said you could get refund. They don’t tell you need to return to China. I opted for a reduced price not not mail them back. Took a couple of weeks going back and forth to get it taken care of.
