Meet & Greet for “Il Volo”
The photographer was very friendly, and I received quick and helpful support regarding the meet & greet details for Il Volo. However, I feel that the price of €200 is too high for an experience that lasts barely one minute. There isn’t even enough time for a short conversation.
On top of that, you are told not to hug the band members or get too close to them, which already puts you in an anxious mindset before the meet & greet even starts. For the amount paid, this makes the experience feel rushed and restrictive. You are also not allowed to take pictures or videos with your own phone, which further limits the moment.
I’m not asking for much, but offering at least 5–8 minutes per person would make the experience feel fairer and more meaningful. I truly hope you will take this feedback into consideration for future events, as it would greatly improve the overall experience.

Bought 3 ($750!!) VIP tickets to see…
Bought 3 ($750!!) VIP tickets to see Andrew Huberman in Brisbane, Australia. Received an email that we have a gift package to collect, they didn't advice that the stall will only be open at the start of the show, so when I went to pick up after the show, they were no where to be found, emailed them and received a sorry not sorry reply!

Habe 2 Tickets bei OMG VIP für ein Meet&Greet mit "Il Volo" beim Konzert in Prag am 10.10.2023 gekauft. Konzerttickets waren noch extra zu kaufen. Versprochen wurden signierte Merchandise Artikel sowie Gespräche und Fotos mit den Künstlern. Außer jeder ein Foto (zum downloaden) nichts davon erhalten. Schon merkwürdig war, das das Meet&Greet nach der Show stattfand. Es durften keine Handyfotos bzw. Selfies gemacht werden und auch nicht mit den Künstlern sprechen. Nur jeder ein Foto mit den Künstlern. Bezahlt haben wir 416,00 Euro für 2 Personen, heißt pro Foto 208,00 Euro. Finde das ist reine Abzocke !!!!!! Ich kann nur davor warnen!!!!!!!!
