Bought a pair of boots for myself after purchasing a pair for my mother about a year ago which I loved. They are cute and have incredibly good traction on ice. Ordered a size 9 which ran a little small. After contacting Onegawalk, they offered to send the next size at no extra charge. Very happy with product and service.

I placed an order, and there was a mistake with the address. I emailed them right away, and within 12 hours they got back to me to fix it.

What made my experience great was how comfortable and supportive these shoes are. I suffer from plantar fasciitis, and almost immediately after I started wearing them, I noticed a significant reduction in pain. They provide excellent arch support and comfort throughout the day. The company also does a great job with customer service. They respond quickly to emails and are very helpful with any questions. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the shoes and the support from the company.

I ordered my usual shoe size, but when I received the shoes, they were smaller than expected. I contacted customer service, and they offered to send me a large size after I posted this review. I appreciated their willing to help.

I had an issue with regards to the order that I received, being that the shoes did not fit me. I contacted Omega and Susan in Customer Services has been more than helpful to resolve the issue for me which I am very grateful for. The shoes I ordered were slightly on the small size (so I would suggest ordering the next size up when placing an order). Due to the shipping cost to return, Susan offered me a partial refund and I have donated the shoes to my local St Lukes Shop for them to sell. Susan went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with what was offered and her communication was superb. Can only rate my experience with Omega as 5 star.

Waited a while for delivery but worth the wait.! Love the style.

I could not fault the service of Omega walk. Their Customer Service team replied to me promptly and were very helpful. I ordered my usual size boot but it was too small. They offered to send me the larger size for a small shipping cost and not to return the smaller ones.

The size of shoe I ordered was too small. They very graciously offered to send me a new pair of the right size and waived the shipping fee.
I am very pleased with their service.

Excellent shoe, just had an issue with the size but it was resolved by Susan. Helpful staff

There was a problem with the sizing but they resolved the issue immediately.

In search of comfortable shoes for work I discovered the Ortho Balance Orthopedic All Purpose | Antiskid Daily Wear Shoes at
Omega walk. They are honestly the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had for work. I work 17 hour days and walk up to 35,000 steps. I can say that these shoes have really made a difference on how my feet feel at the end of the day. I highly recommend these shoes!

It took almost a month for the product to ship, it comes from China, does not say anywhere on the website that it will ship from china and take a month. When it finally was here it never got delivered, tracking said returned to sender due to wrong address, but my address was correct and verified. It felt like a scam. When dealing with the customer service to get a refund it is a nightmare. I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company in order to get the money back. Customer service kept saying it was my job to contact USPS and get confirmation on where the product was and they are still emailing me this almost two months after ordering the product. Absolutely ridiculous, they wouldn't issue me a refund and kept saying it will probably still be delivered if it does you can return it. Still two months out not delivered. Absolute SCAM!!!!! Do not buy this product!

I never received my package so I emailed omega walk about it and I was told I’ll get replacement shoes.

I loved the shoes, excellent quality, super comfortable for my plantar fasciitis. I can stand all day and they don't tire me out. Don't hesitate to buy them.

The shoes came in quick! Unfortunately they do run a bit small, but with their excellent customer service I was able to exchange them no problem. The shoes felt lightweight, with the right amount of cushion and support. I work in a hospital, and I’m on my feet all day, these will definitely be my new go to shoes for work.

The shoes are not quality at all, no arch support and feels very cheap.

The shoes are everything and more!! very comfortable and durable would definitely recommend.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

They are a Chinese company pretending to be a UK company. They send you substandard shoes and when you want to return, they provide an overseas address to return to. I will never buy from them again.

A waste of time trainers are rubbish too small, nothing like the picture the site didn't state trainers coming from different country, uk based which is a lie payed next day delivery £6,they emailed and said we don't do a next day delivery, we'll u need to change your site not England or next day delivery as stated more lies asked a refund for the £6 no email or refund, always keep receipts and emails a complete con artist site change the name to temu
