Omegawalk, I finally found the right walking shoes for my feet. In my job a stand on my feet and walk for long hours, and having the right shoes is important, plus I suffer from Achilles heel pain. I was recommended Omegawalks by a friend. I bought a pair of shoes and been wearing them every day. Very happy with my choice, I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Looked up the best shoe for my age and weight and ChatGPT said one of the best deals for me was omega walk. I looked them up, good reviews and I loved the style. Ordered them and they came pretty fast. They looked great, light weight, reminded me of my favorite shoe “on the cloud” very light weight. Ordered my exact size but they were a half size too small. Wrote to
Customer service to exchange the size and they immediately wrote back offering to send immediately another pair. I’ve never experienced customer service so

Shoes are very comfortable. They are exactly what I was looking for. Customer Service was very attentive.

Ordering process was very simple and straight forward. Accidentally ordered a size too small and there were several options to get a new order placed. This company really wants the customer to feel valued and have a good experience with their products.

Just ordered two pairs of shoes and honestly I love how they feel. I did get the wrong size and costumer service was quick to respond and help me with my order. Instead of over paying for shoes like big brands. It is affordable and worth it.

Easy to place an order and delivery was sooner than expected. The shoe quality was very nice although the pair I ordered was too small. Customer service was very responsive with excellent choices on replacing the shoes. I would buy again.

My experience with Omegawalk has been notably exceptional. I love the choices of shoe styles. The prices are reasonable and their customer service is awesome.

My shoes seemed to take a while to arrive. However I did read the reviews on here and I ordered a size bigger which was the right thing to do. Tried them on and they feel fine, there light wait and seem comfortable. I will wear them for work tonight and will see just how comfortable they are and how much they will help my plantar fasciitis pain.

Shoes are very comfortable for walking and standing

This is a nice comfortable pair of shoes. I can use for a 12 hour long duty and still feel comfortable. It fits well to my feet. I was diagnosed with large inferior calcaneal spur and I feel better now.

Got my shoes in a decent time. Received it smaller than expected. They offered to send me a bigger size and just wanting some reviews. Don't mind it and willing to help small businesses.

I ordered two pairs of trainers from this company for my grand daughter. They arrived in good time but were unfortunately to small. I emailed the company to request instruction to return them for a replacement in a bigger size. Instead of meeting my request, they suggested that I keep the trainers and they would give me 30% reimbursement of the price I paid for them .

I explained that I would much rather return the items and they informed that, I would have to pay for posting back to China and from the 30% reimbursement they would deduct a further 15% for restocking fee.

I believe this goes against the fair trading standards of trusting customers and potential customer to this company should be very wary of their returns policy.

Received my shoes, delivery was about 2 weeks but when they came they were to small as per previous reviews so maybe up ya size when purchasing but customer service is greatly helping to solve the issue and I truly appreciate that. Shoes looks and feel very light and comfortable cant wait to recieve the right size .

I ordered a pair of shoes however they were slightly smaller than expected. The company has been great in providing an alternate pair at no cost to me. Would shop again.
