Terrible quality
Terrible quality — this is clearly a dropshipping website. I ordered two sweaters and shipping took over two weeks instead of the stated 6–8 days. When my package finally arrived, I received two extremely poor-quality sweaters with no labels or tags, so there’s no way to tell what brand they are. The sizing is also completely off: “oversized” is not oversized at all, but actually runs small. I would not recommend ordering from this website. The price-to-quality ratio is simply unacceptable.

From skeptical consumer to very satisfied customer.
After placing my order I was worried that I wouldn’t receive my package because the provided tracking number did not work. I reached out to Oluolin with very little anticipation of receiving the help I needed. I was very wrong! Their customer support member (Karl) was fantastic! He addressed my concern, gave me an expected timeline for my delivery and explained the item was being shipped from overseas, and then he followed up to make sure I received my package, which I did! The package arrived on time and the product is spectacular! Customer support and product quality is on point. The tracking number never worked for me, which they are looking into making better. Very helpful.

Do not order from this company. This is a scam business. They will take your money and never send you a product. I’ve been trying to get my sweatshirts for over a month and now they are telling me to contact usps to find my order as they don’t know where it is.
