I purchased my order 1 week ago and I received an email on the same day telling me that my order was on the way. I didn’t receive anything yet and when I track my order on the Hermes website it says “we are expecting it”, so I guess Hermes doesn’t have my parcel yet to send it to me. I sent 2 emails the last couple of days to Offduty Beauty and I didn’t get any answer. I don’t think I’ll buy again here. :(((((

Love love love this brand, it’s a game changer! Cannot go without the moisturiser on a day to day basis and the face balm cleanser is just divine.. added with the toner and face serum it’s the perfect way to unwind after a hard days work and my skin feels great ☺️

As I was not given a way of tracking my parcel, I have no way of knowing when the product I ordered on the 3 July was dispatched. I also do not know when it was actually left at my property. I found the package on Sunday 11 July, it was left in the garden and was soaking wet.
I doubt I will be ordering from Ology32 again and if it was possible I would not use Hermes as a delivery option.

Ordered these candles as I wanted vegan cruelty free and they came at a good price. Unfortunately two of the candles were broken when arrived, which can happen to anyone. I let them know and they responded immediately with replacements that arrived two days later. Good service is not always about no problems but how you deal with them when they arise.

Unreal, I have brought a few items from this company now and soooo pleased with it all, as well super quick delivery. I have recently had a baby and had so much hair loss, the collagen vegicaps have made my hair and nails stronge again, like they were pre pregnancy (if not better) thank god, as it was really getting me down. Also added a candle to a recent order, makes my house smell AMAZING and they also look very classy! Thanks again x
