I am only on my third session with…
I am only on my third session with Courtenay.
I missed sessions due to unforeseen happenings.
But I must say, my first and second session felt good.
Being able to speak openly and truthfully what you feel inside and being listened to knowing the person listening to you will not judge you or use it against you, but rather that their aim is to help you cope better with what ever comes your way.
This make me look forward to the next session and I know I have a long way to go. I am confident that the outcome will be great !

I had (and still do) an exceptional experience with Ollie Health, a mental health company that truly stands out in its commitment to providing top-notch care (thanks to our company for adding this as one of the cool company perks). One of the standout features is their unique approach to choosing a therapist. Listen, Ollie allows you to handpick your therapist based on your specific needs and preferences (great, right?) This personalized matching process ensures that you are paired with a therapist who aligns with your goals and makes you feel comfortable - its like getting a preview of how your sessions are likely to go - honestly the main reason why I like it!
Another aspect that impressed me is the user-friendly website and the regular updates they provide (can you tell that I'm into UX/UI - haha). The website is well-designed, intuitive, and easy to navigate. It provides a wealth of information about the therapists, their areas of expertise, and their qualifications, allowing you to make an informed decision
Lastly, the therapists at Ollie are highly experienced and skilled professionals. I felt confident and reassured knowing that I was receiving support from a qualified therapist - Thandi - who had a deep understanding of mental health issues. Her expertise and compassionate approach created a safe and non-judgmental space for me to explore my concerns and work towards my goals. She is honestly one-of-a-kind.
Overall, Ollie has exceeded my expectations with its personalized therapist selection, user-friendly platform, and experienced therapists. 5 stars, would highly recommend.
Oooh, and although its remote, you still get that "human touch" in your sessions!

Ollie Health - the gift that fell from the sky
I've wanted to take my mental health into my own hands for years now, so when the company I work for announced this would be part of my benefits it felt like a gift just fell into my lap!
Ollie Health is a practical, easy-to use, informative platform. It was simple to get accustomed to and was very happy with the suggested counsellor (one of many) I got from the quiz. I haven't found any issues with it so far and have been using for a few months. Great service!!

Most affordable, accessible and quality therapy I have found.
My company partnered with Ollie Health to provide us with free 1:1 AND Group therapy sessions from the comfort of wherever we are.
Living in a remote setting and utilizing Ollie Health has helped me manage my work-life balance and understand more about myself overall.
Would recommend it to anyone who has tried/hasn't tried or is curious about therapy.
This is a tool I use personally and professionally on a monthly basis and it's not just for when I am struggling.
