Shouldn’t even be 1 star! Do not buy from this site. The quality and sizing of the product is awful. Supposed to be a bridesmaid dress. So dissapointing as they are now making it almost impossible to return the item.

Ordered a coat took weeks to come and when it came it could have been posed through the letter box..my daughter is tiny and she couldn't even get on and it was like a cricked dress rather then a coat, absolutely shocking..don't buy

Dreadful quality and sizing - and almost impossible to return.

The clothes are cheap and do not fit and they are refusing to give me a return address for a full refund ...keep offering me a twenty five percent refund coupon to use on the site.

Same as the others... why didnt i read the review. The shipping takes an age and the product does not fit. Avoid this company. They are shipping Chinese rubbish that is not fit for the UK market.

Awful should have read reviews product came from china meant to be a chunky knit cardigan I got a cropped child’s jumper , please do not buy from here it’s awful !!

This item is nothing like advertised very disappointing and waited so long for delivery I ordered on the 6th of jan and came on the 17th jan its got no pockets which advertised in the photo absolutely disappointed.

If I could give it no stars I would. Don't buy, dresses look nothing like what's advertised. Cheap see through material. If you want a return you pay and it has to be sent to china!!! Says it all really.

We have finally received this dress ordered 2 weeks ago. This dress, well how can I describe it. Absolute garbage springs to mind….but that would be kind. It is poor quality, it does not look anything like the one in the Facebook ad, the colours are all different, the material is absolute crap……….but wait for it. This is the best part. We ordered what was described a size 12. ( my wife is between a 10 and 12.) THE DRESS THAT ARRIVED WAS FIT FOR A SIZE 20 … ALL THAT WAS MISSING WAS THE TENT POLES. WHAT A JOKE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok.no problem….we shall return it. Now look at the returns policy. THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS BACK TO CHINA, ALL CUSTOMS DUITIES THAT ARE DUE.. In my view, they are a bunch of scammers !!!!!!! DO NOT GO NEAR THEM

1 star is too much! This company is terrible....do not buy from them. The clothing is very poor quality, all shipped from China, cheap and nasty materials. The website makes out to be a boutique luxury brand...it is far from it! The clothing did not even have any labels advising of materials etc. Which when it came to returning back DDP to China was a problem. I did eventually get a partial refund and they did communicate with me at least. Please avoid using as you will only be disappointed by this company.

I thought I was ordering from a British company having a clearance sale. Dress arrived quite quickly but material very poor & not to my satisfaction so I decided to return it. Oh dear how difficult they have made it. You have to send it by DDP Delivered Duty Paid which can end up costing more than the dress. I think you can do it via Royal Mail but you don’t know cost until they invoice you I believe so I have decided to cut my losses & throw the dress in the bin. I will not be buying from them again.
I can say that they did answer my e mails quickly re returning the dress & they actually say it can be expensive. Apparently there is some sort of deal they will offer but I just want to forget the whole bad experience & have told them to forget it!
