Ordered silver hoop earrings. Arrived late and they're all TARNISHED!!! Don't use this company!!! Better going to a jeweler where you can see what you get.

Buyer beware, do not purchase anything! Total scam. Supposed to be selling on eBay and Amazon but products are non existent. Once you have paid you never receive the item. I suspect all the positive reviews on this site are made up, and they never comment on poor reviews. You have been warned !!!

I see someone saying not to care about the bad reviews but definitely you should check Google as well inferior cheap products that break so fast! And I'm sure the staff are giving the good reviews. BEWARE

Husband purchased a bracelet for me as an anniversary gift a month prior to giving it to me. After less than four weeks wear one of the links broke. When he contacted them to ask for a repair or replacement their response was that it was outside of the 30 days return window and could only offer a discount on our next purchase.

Ordered a mens keeper ring for my son what i received was a cheap thin rubbish womens ring with a fake diamond in not even a keeper ring. What a waste of time.

i bought 'solid gold' earrings and 6 months later the 'gold' is coming off. Apparently I'm outside of warranty but they can do me a discount if i buy something else off them! Buyer beware. They continue to sell these earrings at £65. Absolute scam.

Avoid. Poor quality. Do not respond to complaints. Do not refund. Absolutely dreadful company

I have now racked up 87 items purchased from this company. I have never once had any kind of problem. I have bought items from as little as £15 to items costing over £600. They have always delivered on time and sold quality items. Seems some people need to get a life. You only have to look at their feedback on ebay and amazon to get a REAL picture of a quality company. I think that the one person who was unhappy on here got her entire deranged family to write bad reviews. 90% of them have never shopped with old english jewellers I bet. From Ann.

Absolutely disgusting I purchased a NEW 9ct ring which had stones all around it. It was very pretty unill the 1st stone fell out and within a month SEVERAL stones fell out, and now it can't be worn at all as it is blatantly obvious that stones are missing. OEJ have said they won't refund or replace only offer a discount on more cheap jewelry. What an disappointment. Shame on you!!!

I ordered from them 3 times and each time got a fast and tracked delivery. Good contact as well. I can also confirm that items I purchased are genuine as I have allergy to everything other than Sterling Silver and their products do not give me rash = I believe them to be genuine

AVOID like rabies this company sold me a fake and faulty 'gold' item which broke just 2 months in and refused a refund or replacement - trading standards being contacted

Purchased a 9ct gold curb chain from them 6 months ago, it has cracked and broken at the clasp, I contacted them and they said its not under guarantee, although they don't state anywhere how long their guarantee lasts, but I can repurchase a new one with a slight discount.. I paid just under £400 for the chain, I certainly wouldn't buy again from them. Inferior products.

I have contacted them several times bought a ring within 8 weeks one stone fell out, then shortly after a second stone fell out, promised they would find some spare stones nothing as yet, bought the ring in early January still waiting will not buy from them again.feel its a waste of time as they seem to just keep fobbing me off how long does it take to find 2 replacement stones

I bought an anklet in January 2024 for £64 from old English Jewellers via Etsy. Anklet was flimsy and broke/ snapped in first 6 weeks . I actually took it to a local jeweller and paid £25 to get it fixed - i was advised this would keep happening as the material and chain was not designed to be an anklet and was too flimsy . unsurprising It broke again on the 7th May - i decided to contact Old English via Etsy to receive a message to contact them on instagram as they no longer sell on Etsy . I then sent a DM to wait to get a response saying i would not be offered repair/ replacement or refund as i was outside the refund period ( unlike other reputable jewellery Sellers offer for 12 months ) what they did offer was for me to buy a further product off them with small discount !!!! I found ROB incredibly unhelpful and would not recommend anyone to buy from this company stick to ones that treat costumers respectfully and offer a sensible solution. WASTE OF £64 shame i hadn't checked these reviews prior to purchasing its obvious im not alone in this experience

Bought a gold chain and the links started coming apart after only 6 weeks of use. Substandard gold. Seller would not refund or replace as the warranty had run out 2 weeks prior to me getting in touch! Only offered a discount if I bought another one. Stuff is rubbish, and local jewellers said it’s only fit for scrap. Wouldn’t recommend using this company at all.
