A lovely, unique chocolate shop which I have had the pleasure of visiting in person a few times. They have an excellent selection of chocolates, sweets and confectionery. On this occasion I did an online order: I was delighted as the items I wanted to purchase were all in stock. My order arrived promptly, the items were packaged with care and protected. The chocolates went down a treat with my family. Highly recommended.

Have used Old Bank House Chocolate Shop a number of times since stumbling upon them whilst on holiday. Their chocolates are FABULOUS and they are very friendly and helpful. Great for special presents/ occasions. Highly recommended and I wish all at Old Bank a long a successful future.

I am very fortunate to have family living locally to Bank house which is in Ambleside, Cumbria. It is Nestled deep between the high fells, and the mountain's of the south Lakes.
On a picturesque street sits Bank House. I have spent hours over the years watching through the kitchen window, in absolute awe, as the chocolatier’s work the chocolate and sweets being made!

I love that you can continue to enjoy the experience over and over again, through the online shop.

Personally I adore Milk chocolate, but through the complexity of the incredibly delicate products, that they make using milk, plain and dark chocolate, the Chocolatier’s have introduced me to new ways of appreciating them all!

These chocolates are exquisite, I am completely addicted to the Stem ginger, the dark coffee creams and the dark lime creams. They arrive beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. Just placed my second order but by no means my last. Thankyou for making such delicious chocolates.

I visited Ambleside prior to Christmas and stumbled across your shop I was looking at the chocolates through the window and happened to glance at the chocolate macarons…. This brought a memory flooding back to me from my childhood as it was late I didn’t go into the shop but after Christmas ordered online …. The chocolates were delicious the ordering was simple and they arrived well packaged. What a way to relive a memory!! Thank You ☺️

I used to drive up to Ambleside each December to buy a supply of my partner's favourite chocolates for Xmas gifts - a 1 hour trip each way. Now I can shop online and browse the ever increasing range of chocolate treats and have them delivered to my door. Perfect! Goods arrived well packed and protected and in good time. Great service.
