Fantastic chocolate shop

Fantastic chocolate shop - very good news to have one even closer to Preston. The chocolate macaroons I bought last weekend are the best you can buy. You’re spoilt for choice in this place - and the staff are great.

Love this place

Love this place! The chocolate here is beautiful, brought loads of the buttons for friends and family for Christmas to share the love! Gutted I forgot to order myself some!

Great to be able to purchase online

We bought some chocolates when we were staying in Ambleside in the summer,
My husband really enjoyed them so iv bought some to pop in his Christmas stocking,
I was a little disappointed that the flakes weren't available but was still happy with my choices

Old Bank House Chocolate shop never lets me down

Been a customer for years but this is my first online order and I wasn't disappointed! A number of add on's to Christmas gifts - with a few cheeky treats for me - I just know they will be well received gifts. Very well packaged and equally scrumptious (I know from experience)!

Hi , great chocolates pity about delivery

Hi , i received my order #6759 sat 23pm.the box was in quite a state, wetand squashed and damaged.the good news is the contents seem to have survived. just a nother lack of care service by not fit for purpose ROYAL MAIL ?. NO regard for customers ?????. many thanks,merry christmas, Norman ps not delivered in royalmail van ????
