I recently attended the OKR Practitioner course at the OKR Institute, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The course was well-structured, engaging, and packed with valuable insights. The instructor was knowledgeable and made complex concepts easy to understand through practical examples and interactive exercises.

The combination of live sessions and e-learning materials was perfect, allowing me to grasp the OKR framework thoroughly. The course also provided useful templates and access to OKR software, which has been incredibly beneficial for my team.

I dropped out in the 3rd session. The slides are overloaded with text which is just written out loud by the facilitator in a speed where you cannot process anything that was just said. There is almost no interaction with the class. 1-2 excercises with each 5 minutes each session are way too little. The trainer did not ask for feedback once. I gave feedback to him 1:1 after the 2nd class and nothing changed.
Their servers are not working well most of the time. Several E-mail addresses give the response "not deliverable", booking the training always threw a 500 error. We had to somehow book it via phone, calling several times.

Uncomplicated and efficient training event. The price-performance ratio is very good. In addition to the Practitioner course and the associated certificates, you then have access to various templates and can even use OKR software free of charge for small teams. I then took the Ledership course and am in the middle of my OKR journey.

OKR is very useful tool and can apply in many areas

The course is excellent and the content helps build knowledge about OKR and how to start applying it. This knowledge has been fundamental for my professional development.

An amazing experience of learning OKRs with OKR Institute! The way OKRs are explained and exemplified, has given me an in-depth knowledge about the subject and has also cleared several ambiguities related to OKRs. I would definitely recommend this course to every practitioner, regardless of any industry.
