Like clockwork

Day 1 - the order is made. Day 2 - the order is shipped. Day 3 - the order is delivered. No delays, no miscommunication, no worries. Little Dutch's Jim is worth it, nice and comfy boy for a baby girl.

General

I have made my first order and have faced two issues. At first when I registered my profile and made my order I didn’t received 10€ discount as announced.
The second shipping should be “free shipping to your door” but I had to go to post office to pick up my order.
Before I received my order I contacted provider in messenger and I got very fast response.

Hello Lelde - i'm sorry to hear you faced these issues. Regarding the 10EUR discount you should have contacted us immediately to provide it to you although you should have received a Welcome email which included the discount code for the 10 EUR off at the bottom - please do check just in case it went to your spam. Now regarding the Free Shipping to your door - this is a Post office issue - because most of the orders for Ball Pools are received at home unless the recipient is not at home or the home is outside of delivery areas which we are not able to know ourselves.
