you are pretty rubbish in my books.
Also, sending me an email saying "We are really sorry for your delayed dispatch" by giving me a publicly available discount code for 10% on my next purchase is a real kick in the face by OKdo.
UPDATE: It finally arrived midday Thursday, 6 days after initial order was placed. Useless!

We strive to dispatch goods as quickly as we can and our delivery partners such as the royal Mail look to deliver as quickly as possible too. In this instance there have been delays that were outside of our control, but are still our responsibility and we are genuinely sorry for any problems this may have caused.

I ordered late on Sunday night so I wasn't really expecting them to manage in their 2-3 business days postage (especially as it was getting sent by Royal Mail) but they dispatched it to Royal mail on Monday (I received an email) and I got my consignment first thing Wednesday morning. So exactly as promised
