If you have a business and need to collect information, then look no further. Haseeb staff is top notch and will answer your questions fast. I don’t regret buying this software.

I have used this product for about a month now and am quite satisfied. A couple things I like about it: 1)It is secure, but doesn't require the client to set up an account with a username and password to access. So quite user friendly. 2) It is extremely versatile and customizable. I wish I had more time to perfect the templates that I like to use. With some time and some know-how, you can create literally any type of questionnaire.

I used this extensively for my law firm. It has been a game-changer in requesting relevant documents and information from my clients. Instead of receiving multiple emails from my clients with documents and then arranging them, and without worrying that an email will be missed or go to spam, I can direct my clients to my branded links for easy document uploads. I find that it focuses my clients on what to provide and under what section. I can then easily accept or reject a document. The great thing for me is that the owner, Haseeb, is always open to suggestions on how the platform can be improved, and he proactively engages and implements them. The ability to prevent my client from uploading password-protected documents or the ability to download all the documents in one go has significantly saved me a great deal of time, allowing me to focus on the actual work for my clients. If you manage a large volume of documents and information for your practice, obtained from your clients, then this is the software for you.

The ease of use is unmatched—setting it up was incredibly simple, and I was up and running in no time. One feature I particularly love is the branded links and custom branding. It’s such a professional touch that not only makes the process smooth for my clients but also strengthens my brand. This is in addition to the reminder schedules you can set, and the complete automation of it. Even uploading the Recieved documents are a breeze, and you can download them all organized with one click!

Another aspect worth highlighting is the incredible support from the developer. They are always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and even tweak the system based on user feedback. It’s rare to find such a responsive team, and it makes a world of difference.

I’m also excited about the upcoming features like SMS bundles for lifetime members and the much-anticipated e-signature capability. These additions will make an already exceptional service even better.

If you’re a consultant or a business owner dealing with document collection, Okaysend is a no-brainer. It’s efficient, professional, and incredibly user-friendly. Highly recommended! And I have not received any compensation for this review, nor was I asked for it.
