Visited Harrogate store and thanks to both Claire and Talice left with a beautiful mirror and i promise i will return. In Harrogate from the Scottish Borders how i wish we had a store like this in Scotland. Thank you Claire and Talice. Ann.

I have always experienced fantastic customer service experience at Oka both in store and on line. However on this day Claire went out of her way to ensure our purchase process went smoothly and managed our expectations on delivery and returns processes

Excellent Harrogate Staff
The staff at the Harrogate store couldnt be more helpful. They assisting in arranging products for me (many times!) and gave me the time and patience to chose what I wanted carefully. They even went above and beyond telling me what to swap to if I got home and they werent right which really geeked me with ease and ultimately secured the transaction! Thank you. Having a store to visit is so much better than just shopping online!!

I had two problems that day
I had two problems that day , the manager Clare was absolutely wonderful trying to to help , one was just a quick exchange , , the second more troublesome , I returned a lamp that I’d had for a while , I bought 4 and had had issues with them before , wireless ratten , I was told at the beginning there had been problems with them , would only light with charger in situ , any way yes I’d had them a while , clair emailed customer service and there said nothing could be done as the receipt had already been been exchanged. I had lots of receipts , I think this should of been exchanged or a gift card raised , knowing there had been a problem with them , just want to say no reflection in the manager she was absolutely lovely , and I did make another purchase from her

Carole at the Harrogate store was…
Carole at the Harrogate store was excellent. She had so much time for us we were not rushed and she gave us her full attention. Her knowledge expertise and guidance were much appreciated.
Her understanding of what we wanted to achieve was spot on and we walked away with a result that was better than we had envisaged.
