Avoid this company at all costs!!!!
The Froxfield shop is run by morons who :-
Don’t know the price of anything
Have very little product knowledge
Just want to get a sale at any price
Are not commercially minded
Get in a flap at the slightest issue and almost go to pieces.
OKA Only achieves its “premium” status by charging exorbitantly for what are fairly run of the mill products. It would do far better as a business to reduce prices by 25% and would then sell at least 100% more than it currently does. It’s also depressing that they would rather send damaged stock to landfill than to offer it at highly discounted prices.
Generally the brand is to be avoided - there’s much better quality and much lower prices available elsewhere.

We visited Oka Froxfield hoping to find…
We visited Oka Froxfield hoping to find the perfect lamp for our living room, and we were so impressed with the service we received. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I think we had the pleasure of speaking to the whole team – Tracey, Sandra and Beth. They helped me find the perfect shade for our lamp, and nothing was too much trouble. One of the team even offered to carry our purchases to the car, held the door open for us and went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. It was such a lovely shopping experience, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. We’ll definitely be returning.

Total Failure
You say we’ve purchased something but we haven’t, we wanted to view an item at the Marlborough shop, we called to check that the item was there but got no reply, after several failed attempts we contacted the Guildford shop who tried to contact Marlborough but they failed as well so we’ll probably now deal with John Lewis

Showroom staff were kind, gentle, knowledgable and helpful. I found exactly what I needed in the shop, and they helped me load my car, taking care with the car and contents as well as the furniture I had bought. Wonderful!
