Becca at Broadway … excellent customer service!
Becca at Broadway has been extremely helpful.
She supported me with a return from
an online purchase and also held an item for me which was no longer available online but there was one in store. She made notes from my initial enquiry making it really easy to complete my purchase when I called in to collect.
It’s not that often you find such great customer service these days!

We bought a dining table and 4 chairs from Oka Broadway and wanted to leave a great review for Sarah who helped us there. Shop staff were very helpful in Broadway and the setting was so lovely to show the pieces on sale. We bought a rug we had been looking for and took it home the same day. The quality of the goods on sale was very good.
