Buying a carpet at their shop in Broadway, Charlotte the assistant checked to see if the carpet was to be included in their forthcoming sale….unfortunately it wasn’t. However a couple of days later we had a message to say £299 had been refunded as it was now included in the sale. Obviously we were delighted. Thank you.

Very helpful staff
I called in to buy some lovely green glasses that had been put aside for me and decided to buy a diffuser for my friends birthday . The staff went out of their way to be helpful and even offered to gift wrap the diffuser which they did beautifully using gorgeous paper and ribbons.
I left a very happy customer 😄

Unfortunately our recent experience…
Unfortunately our recent experience with delivery of 5 items from OKA - with their delivery service provided by AIT delivery - means we will never buy a piece from OKA that needs delivering again - appalling.
We have bought furniture from OKA before and had a good white gloved service - what have you done - this delivery company does you no service at all.
I have spoken to the Broadway shop.

Excellent customer service in Broadway
Popped in to Broadway branch to buy some lamps but they did not have the lampshades in stock. Sayaka who was training and Asst Manager Poli went out of their way to assist us and locate shades at another branch and arranged for a code to be sent for us to pay for them. Both were extremely helpful and pleasant. When we received the code it was telling us that the shades were out of stock so we popped back in to the store the next day to to try to resolve. Again Sayaka was really helpful and assisted by another staff member, perhaps the manager but didn’t get a name sorry, they phoned the other branch and after a couple of attempts by the other branch to send the code we were able to pay. We have now received the shades and are very happy with them and the lamps. The staff in Broadway were all lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful.

I visited specifically to purchase faux flowers. Almost immediately I found someone to help with the selection process. I was able to leave my purchase until I was ready to leave Broadway later in day. Sad that they are closing.
