Buying from Oka.
Whilst Oka have a very strange and, frankly, inconvenient ordering system that needs a complete rethink, we try and have purchases sent to our nearest shop, which is Broadway, for personal collection. This has proved to be the easiest and most cost effective way of buying from Oka. That said, service at Broadway is second to none and with a special thanks to Claire who is always so helpful and pleasant both in person and over the 'phone. Thanks, Claire, 5 Stars! Great experience buying a sofa from Oka in Broadway
Helpful staff at Broadway shop, chosen sofa delivered within a week by 2 friendly and efficient guys who arrived exactly when they said they would. Delighted with the sofa.

I chose two lamps that were…
I chose two lamps that were discontinued but one on display in store. The staff at Broadway trouble to locate a second one elsewhere and have it shipped to me.

I contacted Poli at the Oka store, Broadway to purchase some garden furniture. This was not straight forward as I purchased ex display items which required independent delivery. Poli went above and beyond to help with my purchase and sourcing a local delivery company. Absolutely faultless service and would highly recommend.
