In the heart of Bath sits our gorgeous Georgian-fronted townhouse store, complete with the honey-coloured stone typical of the city. Right in the centre of things, on the bustling Milsom high street, it’s surrounded by popular interiors, fashion and gift shops, as well as independent cafes, and is a short walk from the pleasure gardens and historic homes of famed authors, architects and thinkers such as Jane Austen and Beau Nash. Previously home to Parkhouse and Co. Oriental Goods Depot, purveyors of “fancy goods”, our building was carefully chosen to showcase our seasonal looks , curated by our talented visual team to help you imagine what our pieces might look like in your home.

As always Adam was welcoming and helpful. We just wanted to chose cushions to compliment the newly arrived Humphrey Rattan Sofa set which is amazing. The team at Marlborough were so helpful too in remembering that I had wanted one and then contacting me when a photo shot set was returned to store and hence available when sold out on line and in store. Huge appreciation to all.

Perfect cushions.
Another great experience in Oka Bath buying cushions for our beautiful new armchairs. Wonderful help from Linda and all the staff at Oka. A plentiful choice of cushions to choose from. We always have a good laugh too which is all due to helpful, cheerful assistance..... with a good sense of humour!!

The service in store was excellent
The service in store was excellent. The shop itself is beautiful and a pleasure to walk into and the products imaginatively displayed. I have bought several pieces in the last few months and have been delighted by the quality and service.

I have emailed many times trying to reschedule to a date suitable for me (13-8-2016) but I have been given a date that is unsuitable for me (6-8-2026) as I am away on holiday.

We had such a wonderful experience thanks to Linda. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to help us choose the perfect flowers, offering great advice on which varieties would work best together and suit what we were looking for.
Linda didn’t just help us pick the flowers, she went above and beyond by arranging them beautifully in the pot for us, making sure everything looked absolutely perfect. Her attention to detail, creativity, and genuine care really stood out. Nothing felt rushed, and she made the whole experience enjoyable.
A huge thank you to Linda for going the extra mile. She is a real credit to the team, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful flowers and exceptional service. We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful experience in Oka, Bath. We dealt with the lovely Christina, she was superb, nothing was too much bother, and she went above and beyond to meet our requirements. Gorgeous shop with friendly helpful staff
Linda was amazing today with helping us choose a lamp base and shade. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we tried practically every shade in the shop! So pleased with our purchase and we will definitely be back again soon for more.

Eigentlich ist dieser online shop sehr gut. Ich habe sehr lange auf das Produkt gewartet. Sie hatten es nicht am Lager. Sie haben mir den Liefertermin angesagt, was ich als super empfinde. Also einen Abzug auf die lange Lieferzeit, sonst ist er sehr gut

Table arrived without the legs
Table arrived without the legs! No follow up delivery plan. Had to call customer service and email to chase. Now have no delivery date but they have now changed it without speaking to me! Very frustrating
