2 x payments of £29.99 taken out, impossible to get through to said company and when and if you lucky to make contact you are greeted by a rude service operator who uses the F word and tough luck when asking for your money back which they have taken out your bank account, Emailed said company as well..I got a response and as helpful as a chocolate teapot, they refuse to offer refund and advised services were used, what services?? apparently all based in 17 seconds WTAF ???? I have not subscribed for anything and still not a clue what they specialise in or heard of them before. Reported to fraud Dept in Bank which was refused, waiting for a response from the back office to over rule in Fraud Dept...today(01-05) been told by HALIFAX bank nothing they can do and not fraud, absolute p$$take. Shouldn't have to battle to get money back that was taken illegally. Company needs to be looked into thoroughly. Disgusted how scam artists get away with this.

I do not know who has applied for your company to take monies out of our bank. Can you please refund the monies taken from my account. I know my grandson was using my laptop

Utter scam tried to pay for parking on just park app. Before I realised ok24care appeared on my screen, they tried to take money out of my account. Total wasters should be locked up.

Never heard of Ok24Care until I saw money deducted off my account and received an email about my subscription. Never subscribed!! In communication, was said I clicked on an advert while making a payment for something else. They refuse to refund me!!!

Absolute joke of a company I never signed up to them and they have taken lots of payments from my account got a guy on the phone very rude and shouted at me refusing to give me my money back now in a dispute with the bank so stressful

The first I’d heard of ok 24 care was when the fraud team at the bank contacted me, they had taken 2 monthly payments of £29.99 from my bank. I had NEVER subscribed to them. Shocking they can just go into your account and take/steal money.SCAM 🤬

Popped up while making another phone payment. Stopped this payment. They still tried to take funds but stopped by fraud team at bank. Now blocked them for any future payments. Total fraud. 13th May Sent email to Ok24care about my action. They replied they would not renew my subscription. Never had a subscription but appears to have stopped them trying to steal my money.

A complete scam. First I heard about them was when my bank contacted me about fraudulent behaviour on my account.

As others state, was trying to download an app for led lights when this popped up ok24care, I thought this was the app for the lights so I proceeded to give card details. I emailed to cancel when realized what it was. Got an email back to say could not find my details. I have put a block on my card, they have tried to take payment on 3/4 occasions since. Something needs to be done about this company!! DO NOT FALL FOR SCAM THAT IT IS!!

Ok24care popped up when I was trying to register for a car park. I was in a hurry and didn’t notice the website and registered. Luckily I realised it is not the actual site I have to pay for car park. So I immediately block the auto payment from my account. Guess what, today they tried to take 29£ from my account.

I agree with the previous review. For some reason, this website (OK24care) popped up on my phone screen when I was in the middle of doing something else and, before in knew it, my 'free trial' with this deceitful company began. I emailed them immediately asking them to cancel my membership - to no avail. Today, I have been charged £29.99. This is a dishonest and criminal way to run a 'business'. It's basically stealing. I have requested a refund but certainly do not expect one.

This company uses unscrupulous methods to get you to enrol. I was trying to pay for car parking in the driving wind and rain by enrolling with the car parking company. During the process the Ok24care app pops up and I enrolled believing I was joining the parking company.

I complained to them and the agent didn’t seemed surprised and said she would cancel the enrolment and give me back the £29.99. Since then they have blanked me. I cannot get a reply. I hope my experience helps other people.
