My international order never arrived. I emailed em n they were were all like "oh, were really sorry, we'll send u extra". Nothing arrived, I went back to them threatening to clawback payment through my card provider. They again told me what I wanted to hear, to appease me. That was about a year ago now, and NOTHING. Even if you live near em. Just avoid, as they DO NOT DESERVE UR BUSINESS
Don’t buy from this company. Their shipping policy is misleading, and the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. The website makes it seem like orders will arrive quickly, but in reality it takes more than 10 days to get the product. When I reached out to customer service to ask what was going on, they gave all the excuses, blaming the carrier and not taking any responsibility for the delay.
What made the situation even worse was the way the owner handled it. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or offer a solution, the owner was unprofessional, rude, and even ended up cursing the customer because of their own irresponsibility. That level of disrespect is completely unacceptable from any business, especially when the problem is coming from their side.
Overall, the combination of the misleading shipping policy, the refusal to take accountability, and the unprofessional behavior makes this company one I absolutely cannot recommend. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere—there are plenty of businesses that actually value their customers and stand behind their service.
