I really liked the choice of sweets and how easy the site was to use. I’ve orders from a few other sites and found it hard to use and quality was no where near a as good as oh sweetie.
Ordered the BUBs mix, absolutely mouth watering flavours. Delivery was quick and Sam replied to my quickly via email regarding my questions.
Very disappointing experience.
I paid extra for express delivery, yet my order still took five days to arrive. Having since looked at other reviews, it appears I am not the only customer who has experienced delays despite paying for an express service. The company uses Royal Mail 48-hour delivery, which is clearly not an express service, so I feel the additional delivery charge is misleading.
When the sweets finally arrived, the quality was also disappointing. They appeared to be the sort of sweets that can be purchased cheaply in bulk elsewhere, and were nowhere near the premium quality I was expecting based on the website and pricing.
Overall, the combination of poor delivery times, misleading delivery options, and underwhelming product quality means I will not be ordering from this company again.

Charge £4.99 for express delivery (1-2 working days) and delivery was 5 working days.
No response from emails I sent. No communication from their instagram.

They have the best choice of sweets and its always fresh, amazing!
Excellent company. Sweets are always fresh and orders amended to any requirements. I always buy my stash of sweets from here and highly recommend them. ❤️
Never sent out my order. Continuously ignored my emails and form request. Was meant to be for a present, so disappointing and so poor to not even be bothered to reply. AVOID.
No customer service and don’t respond to emails or their online customer service forms. I ordered on their website 06/12/25 and payment service picked up my address for delivery instead of granddaughter’s address. I immediately messaged them on their online form to correct this and no response. I then emailed again on 10/12/25 and still no response. Have now discovered that they have sent order out to my address . Very disappointed
