My experience with OHParsons was enhanced by the care and guidance given by the company and the caring way we we’re helped by Simon Matthews. Also after the death off my husband Simon was kindness itself with advice. Thanks too them I got the result I needed.

In reality, I nearly lost hope if not for your company due to Pandemic Delay since 2019. But your company's suddenly coming up to continue the case was really encouraging. Especially the later handler Sarah Mohammed, with her constant communication, persistence and follow up gave me a lot of encouragement. She appears versatile, indifference and appears not ready to give up as well.

Apart from having had 4 different solicitors, over a 4 year period. Sarah Mohamad was a shining light at the end of this. Best hang onto her.

After 3 different solicitors on my husband case and nearly two years later we finally came to an conclusion but within all that the case was handled very well.

My partner was in an accident at work where he fell from a great height, we were put in touch with this solicitors who from day one couldnt do anymore than what they did, we were updated in every way and helped my partner find the right people to get him where he is today. Highly recommend and a special thankyou to Niamh O’brady you got us through this.

At first wasn't impressed with whoever dealing with my case very slow.Then Nick parr took over very impressed with Nick always responded straight away with any queries I had. And very polite and helpful. 10 out of 10 for his services.

OH Parsons represented me in a personal injury claim through unite union.
They did win my case but it took over 3 years I had a number of solicitors some were better than others I was continuously sending copies of paperwork sent to previous solicitors and in the end I was told I couldn't claim for 2 knee replacements so this could have been settled within 6 months and ended up over half the value of the original claim.
Im sure that most of the solicitors I had were in training hence having 4 or 5 over the case and in the end a senior supervisor decided what could be claimed for its a shame he didn't see the case earlier that would have saved time and a lot of work on my part sending duplicate documents.

The process was long and I got passed from person to person but after 5 years I got a pay out

I needed legal advice & representation at work. Spencer Wood was my named legal representative. Highly recommend OH Parsons. Case management was excellent and Spencer’s ability to grasp details whilst advising me helped me immensely and as a result a good outcome was achieved.
