Recruiters that represent us
My company Visii (visii.com) solely recruits with Oho. It's really important that our company culture and attitude is shared with the candidates as we know how important it is for the culture to fit, even being a remote team.
We've always had outstanding candidates, and still have many of them working for us. The Oho team are kind, fair and knowledgable - which is exactly the representation we'd like for our company.
The process is straight forward, taking a load of work off my team as they do a great job at filtering and supporting us from search to placement.
From what I understand from our team was they weren't too pushy and really did a great job at preparing them for the interviews and eventual job

Always take the time to listen
Always take the time to listen. Go the extra mile on due diligence around the role, brief, the business. A great team that consistently asks the right challenging questions and have the best interest of the customer at heart.
