Deceptive practices

Deceptive practices. I called customer service twice after receiving renewal charge on CC. Told them I did not want the meds and needed to cancel for financial reasons. They then said I had filled out intake so they sent the drugs and would not refund. I did not complete an intake for this shipment and feel that this was deliberate to make sure they got every cent they could before I could cancel. Would not go back and listen to recorded customer service calls. Said because the intake was filled our that was their policy. The intake was not completed which makes me wonder if they even review them before perscribing meds.

Ecommerce online wire fraud for a total of $9,588!

This has been a nightmare. I’ve filed formal complaints with both the state of California and the FBI E-commerce online wire fraud departments. They know this. I closed my account in early November. I had to also close my bank accounts and they continue to hit them every month for $799 several times each month for product that was never shipped. I’ve got days of texts and emails. The account is closed but my bank sees these “past due” hits and have reduced my credit by thousands of dollars. Oh my meds tells me not to worry because they aren’t collecting money but refuse to stop trying to collect it! That they have nothing to do with my credit. They refuse to escalate the problem and send me texts reminding me my payment didn’t go through. It’s been 3 month and they’ve hit my account 16 times! Wondering if anyone else would like to complain to the appropriate agencies? I will help! I’ve written to the new named company as well!

Trying my best to be honest with this…

Trying my best to be honest with this review - I should have never gotten involved with this company. I have sent several emails, followed the chats, tried contacting the Doctor- all to no avail. Emails to the Doc. do give me a standard reply - Going to try to cancel the membership - have never, in all of my many years on this earth, tried to do business with a company that is just totally unresponsive.

Frustrating Process

I paid in full for 12 months - $2300.00. I did not receive ANY information on how to proceed when my medication ran out. Customer service has been slow to respond. My patient dashboard has been zero assistance. This has been frustrating and time consuming.

Bullshit Company…

If I could give less then 1 star I would. I placed my order in mid-September by ,mid-October did not hear from them despite phone calls and emails. I then wrote credit card company to open up a case to stop payment. 1 week later I get an email that OhMyMeds were going to mail out product and for my inconvenience they are returning $100. I was on vacation for the next week and was not home. FedEx delivered it according to photo and package was stolen. My credit card company paid them as package was delivered almost 1 1/2 months later. I wrote to OhMYMeds and asked them to help with lost package as FedEx said company has to put in for loss. They told me when they get paid they would assist me. I said you were paid by credit card you even offered to return $100. I called and wrote again. Nothing. Do not buy from these people.

My wife and I both signed up for a 1…

My wife and I both signed up for a 1 year plan....I had gotten my refill for my next 90 days and my did not...which we thought was weird because we signed up the same day....went into her account and it shows cancelled....we paid over 1200 for this and now we cant get a hold of anyone....we will be filing a dispute with our card company and then reporting this company if we dont have a resolution in the next day....the phone number doesnt work and nobody responds to chat or email

After reading all the negative reviews…

After reading all the negative reviews including my own negative experience, a class action lawsuit is in order! Not having access to any medical staff for guidance and safety in using medication prescribed is unethical, a huge red flag. There is not viable access to cancel subscription, unethical!

Nonresponsive

I've been taking the Tirzepatide, 9 MG/ week for about 12 weeks and have gained 12 pounds. I was looking to speak with a provider about increasing the dosage to an effective therapeutic range. The page states "Response time less than 24 hours." Well, 5 days later and I have not received a response. I contacted the customer support team for escalation without success. There are too many other options to mess around with this gaslighting about response times and escalation.

Company went ghost

Received 3 month supply, last dose this week. Company site says next order will bill 11/30 which puts me a week behind. Attempted to contact customer service through the chat multiple times who said I would receive a medical update form on the site which I never did. Doctor chat doesn't, and has never worked. I contacted the company 3 times by email and never received a response regarding all these issues. Now no one responds via chat either. I need to cancel and make sure they don't bill me on November 30 but can't because there is no option and no response.

I am very disappointed with the service…

I am very disappointed with the service I have received. I have had several issues with contacting customer service and unclear instructions from their MD. I paid for 6 months of Tirzepatide and received the first 3 months with the promise of receiving the second 3 months when it was time. However, I reached out to the MD to state that I needed the second 3 months and that the dose needed to be raised because I stopped losing the weight. He said that I would receive a call from their representative to arrange my next shipment and discuss any changes. It has been a week now and no call. I have called three times and was put on hold for about 3 minutes at which time the messaging says goodbye and hangs up. I do not recommend this company at all. When I signed up with the company the reviews were average to good but now, I only see bad reviews. Big mistake.

Oh My Meds did not ship the correct…

Oh My Meds did not ship the correct syringes to take the medication. They did not respond to my email, chats, or communication on their web site to obtain the correct syringes, and there are no phone numbers or any other way to actually talk to someone. The only way to get their attention was to dispute the charge. I do not understand why Oh My Meds would not simply drop a package of the correct syringes in the mail. They seem more intent on digging in their heels, wasting a lot of everyone's time and money than simply correct the problem. There are so many companies providing GLP-1 medication that I see no reason to do business with a company that is completely unresponsive and unreasonable. Heaven forbid if I ever needed support for more serious issues. My recommendation: Go with a company that will be there and support you.

I would give zero stars if possible! Do not use this company!! They will harass you nonstop. I made the mistake of looking into buying from them and now they will not leave me alone! Though I have asked repeatedly many times a day for them to stop calling they continue to call and when I say to stop they hang up on me. Very unprofessional company!!

Terrible Service & Hidden Charges

I paid for a 3-month supply and they charged me for 6. No support, no doctor contact, and the app only pushes payment updates. After dozens of messages I still got no refund and no medication. Avoid this company.

Charged for 6 months

Charged for 6 months, provided with 3 months. Was told I needed to renew "intake forms" by Ai customer service to receive next three months (of what i had already paid for). I repeated requested help finding these forms, as they are nowhere to be found. I messaged the "provider chat", the "customer service chat" and the customer service email. All with no resolution to the issue. Multiple messages assured me my concerns were being sent to someone who would follow up. No one ever followed up. This is a predatory service. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I could give this company a -5/5…

I wish I could give this company a -5/5 stars. I received my medicine, NOT cool, ice packs were literally warm to the touch. Beside that I have had a horrible rash erupt at the site after each and every injection. (I am a nurse so there is no way I'm doing it wrong). Multiple attempts to contact the company and pharmacy have gone ignored. Actually the pharmacy website is "unable to be found" and phone numbers do not connect to anyone. On top of the rash, I had all over itching. Yes all signs of a reaction. But funny thing is, I have taken legitimate Tirzepitide without any issues in the past. I also have drastically adjusted my diet and exercise routines and have literally lost 1 pound and 2 ounces in 8 weeks. This makes me feel like I received some sort of concoction that has zero GLP-1 in it, So now that I've purchased the 3 Month pack ($750) I am stuck without any support or doctors opinions. I have contacted a a lawyer for further assistance. Please BEWARE of this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I've used GLP for a couple of years with other companies , and never had the problems.
The medication made me sick. even though i am used thd the GLP?...... no one can answer where its made.
i called 2 weeks ago to cancel because of this.
They are claiming i didn't cancel.
Trying to get $450 from me... not going to happen... Bogus , sub-standard and they just keep telling you the same answers when call. that they are going to charge me regardless.
