Would rather leave zero stars but not an option, brought a slinky dog harness a few months ago, worn 3times and the buckle has snapped, the material has faded and looks horrendous and the print is off. Tried to get a refund and told we had to contact pawesome dogs which we did to be told we would get a refund through oh my dog but they dont reply and dont take any responsibility, we got told its because we have a daschund !!! Absolutely rubbish its just not fit for purpose it does not drag or rub its just poor quality. Dont have an issue with the other one! They just ignore you, spent alot of money for a rubbish unfit quality item and clearly they do not care.
Avoid this place unless you want issues!!

My dog loves her snack box. It’s a great range and she loves choosing a snack each day! Her tummy was really unsettled after supermarket treats and I’ve noticed this has really improved since switching to the more natural treats.
Delivery was quick and while the subscription has yet to kick in, she will have no problem eating what it sent!

Had a problem with processing a discount code and seller sorted it quickly. Item dispatched promptly and was just what i needed for a raw fed dog for Christmas.
Will certainly use them again.

I ordered from Ohmydog on a whim because I liked the look of their Halloween box. I contacted customer service with a question and they replied extremely quickly and were very helpful. It arrived within a couple of days. It was packaged thoroughly and covered with fun Halloween stickers! My dog absolutely loves all the natural treats inside and I will definitely be ordering from them again! Thank you! 🐾

The delivery came really quick with the added bonus of being emailed when it had been packaged and sent. We got the puppy box and some duck necks, Nyx went crazy for the smell before it was even opened!
